Everett Downtown Storage

We loved working with the group at Downtown Storage. They are very friendly, our things were safe and climate controlled.
This is not a critique on the group, because we know that they are limited by their building, but there is no elevator to move your things. That being said, they have carts for your use, a pull-​in to avoid rainy days and are always more than helpful to accommodate. With elevators (and their McDougall location has them) they would have easily gotten 5 stars.
Their price was right, too! Thanks Tommy and Teri! I would recommend you all to friends and family alike.

After many years of paying on time every month to Storage Depot in Lake Stevens, where I still had some stuff, I moved out recently. I discovered that some things had somehow gotten wet and that RATS had been in my stuff! Rat turds everywhere and in my boxes!!! To this they answered «Well you’ve been here a while». WHAT!
I was so stunned by this answer that I didn’t ask for a refund of the payment I had recently made. If they were like other storage facilities I have done business with, and who pro-​rate, they owe me money. However with that attitude do you think they would refund it without me asking? Yeah, sure. NOT!
I find out, after speaking with others, that they are far from the best around and I want to share that information. I suggest Everett Storage to you. Great people! They have 3 very clean and convenient facilities in Everett. On Rucker you can drive INSIDE on 2 levels!
There is also a moving truck available. Go use one of these facilities… NOW! :)

We rented a PO Box from this site as we were living on our boat at the Marina. The staff there (Tommy et. al.) are fantastic folks to work with. Friendly, prompt and very accommodating to our every request. When we were moving, they gladly kept our mail and Priority Mailed it to us at various addresses we requested. They would frequently call us when a special delivery arrived so we’d know. We didn’t ask them to do this, they volunteered it. Service is not a past artform at EDS on Rucker.

These are great people to do business with… very clean, secure, and climate controlled units, and the facility is extremely well-​managed by very helpful staff. Also very convenient access to the units… highly recommend.
