Best experience ever… Very thorough evaluation of my eyes… I appreciate the kindness of the entire staff, and I will definitely refer friends and family!

I have always been treated respectfully, listened to, given honest answers, and have had the best prescriptions because of it. I really trust the folks I have worked with here. :) Also, very clean. Side note: I have gotten both glasses and contacts here and always got either within a week.

Delivery time is horrible I ordered glasses on «July 29» and till this day I haven’t received them! I’ve called and they said there expecting them «September 24» but the factory is saying a dely may occurs, they said 4 weeks it’s been almost 2 months. I need my glasses for school !

Everett Family vision is a quality eye care center that is near my office and is in my network of health insurance. It’s a place where I will continue to go for as long as I work up North for both the ease of use and friendliness of the eye doctors here.
I saw Dr. Poquiz and she was very nice, professional, and she made the eye exam as seamless and easy as possible. When I had to order new contact lenses, the front desk made it very easy to handle and required minimal leg work and stress on my part, even though last time I went there, I had just been issued a brand new vision insurance package by my employer and didn’t know all the nuances of what I was covered for and what I wasn’t covered for.
I had gone to the same eye doctor in Issaquah for a very long time and this is the first new OD I have seen since I moved away from the Eastside. While this clinic doesn’t have quite the same fancy-​pants equipment that my last eye doctor had and it does seem that an update to some equipment would be beneficial, I will come back because of how user friendly this place can be. At the end of that day, it’s quality eye care at a reasonable price (with insurance).
I’m due for my yearly eye exam and they sent me a reminder text today to tell me. For someone as scatterbrained and busy as I am, any little help you can get to keep your schedule in order is always appreciated!
