Like many dry cleaners, these guys ship out their clothes and do not dry clean them on spot. They seem very unorganized, I have been there multiple times and picked up my clothes to find that only half of my clothes were there. It’s so bad that now I actually count them on the spot, then occasionally pick out the clothes they are missing when they can not find the clothes or match their ticket.

I would only recommend this dry cleaner to my opponent in a beauty pageant– our slacks were pressed, but there was no symmetry to the creases. Most of our shirts were pressed creating new wrinkles. I asked for them to repair a hem on a pair of slacks and repair a hook closure. I might as well have paid our 5 year old to do it for me instead. I had hoped to have found a worthwhile dry cleaning service close to home, but I was greatly disappointed. The customer service was bland & it will cost me more to have their mistakes repaired.
