I remember when I was a kid and restaurants had choices of syrups. Now all you get is maple. Going to IHOP you get a choice of sugary sweetness. The rest of the food is great too for a very good price.

ewww on every level. We usually go to Sheris(which the food is always good). My daughter wanted to go here for breakfast and I thought yeah why not, when I was younger we would go to the bellevue/redmond one and the food was generally good(but this was 17 years ago). We ordered two pepsis(which were both flat and I sent them back for ice tea). We then ordered 3 breakfast plates, one being eggs benedict and the hollandaise sauce tasted like salty gravy, so gross. I dont think I have ever had a bad experience w/eggs benedict. I also told the waitress I wanted the eggs poached medium so that they were not to runny, which they were. The strawberry crepes where ok but we threw the fake strawberries away along w/the nasty whip cream. We took the crepes home and I added homemade strawberries and whip crème which tasted great. I spent over 40.00 for breakfast that we did not eat. My daughter ate two pieces of bacon and the crepes we took home, the rest was thrown away. The quality of their food really went down hill and everything tasted like GMO food. The waitress was the only good thing, she as very attentive and brought our food out pretty quickly but the quality of the food over the years is not the same. We will stick w/sheris from now on in the future.

Love this IHOP! Waitresses are lovely, and I always pick up when I go here and it is SO quick to be ready after I call and still hot! Highly recommend.

IHOP here is goodThe staff is usually friendly. Any issues are always resolved by Hanah-mgr.She is quick to have you come in for a free replacement meal if therewas ever a problem .I like the %10 senior discount they offer. Recently had the new-limited timecaramel Bön-Bön pancakes.2 pancakes w/caramel sauce and dulce de leche filling. While it did not look like the commercials on tv(the filling was all melted) was yummy and filling. My go to is the stuffed french toast. In a nother visit had the new turkey dinner. Was pretty good-justw ould prefer cranberry sauce to the lingonberrysauce. Also they discontinued blintzs/miss them Sign up for email and you get free rooty tooty, also get them on your b-day week AND on the anniversary of signing up. They –along w/Denneys will be open Christmas day-til 2.

Absolutely terrible. Drug addict waitress took 30 minutes after I sat down to even visit my table. Then another 20 minutes go by and still not even coffee had been brought to my table. I like ihop but this particular location is really bad… I’ve had multiple experiences at this location and they all where bad… Get it together guys.

Eww hair in the omelet. The server offered another one. No way, paid for it and left. Service is very slow.

Five days in Seattle during the hottest time of year had me weary, plus I admit my husband and I kept wondering how such a big city avoids the diversity of other destinations(read: I felt like the only Mexican around and he felt like the only Filipino). So we were pretty overjoyed to walk into this IHOP in Everett, on our way to North Cascades National Park, in a nice suburb and filled with the diverse faces we Angelinos take so much for granted. I can’t tell you how comforting this was. Our server was happy, efficient and just overall awesome. Fare was standard IHOP; the place is clean, well-lit, and has an abundance of parking. For just a bit of the comforts of home, I am a fan!

Terrible. The restaurant was at maybe 5% capacity and I waited fifteen minutes to be seated before leaving. Didn’t see a single greeter or waitress acknowledge us.

I’m in love with ihops food. Way better than Denny’s. I personal don’t like this location. I prefer the one on Broadway. Only because this one feels dirty. The orange juice is expensive. 3 bucks for a glass. I could buy a entire container for that. But other then that I’m always a fan

I ate here yesterday and proceeded to throw my guts out later that evening, lovely food poisoning! While the servers were great and really nice(and even offered me a couple free pancakes, which I’m glad I didn’t take) I had a bad feeling walking in. The pancakes tasted blah, the scrambled eggs tasted like runny egg beaters but the sausage links were good. Coffee was over priced and flavorless. The overflowing garbage I walked by on the way in should have been my clue, nothing but shamefull empty boxes of premade food. This place buys hash browns premade in a box, how hard is it to make fresh hash browns?! I don’t think anything is made fresh here. This will be the last IHOP I ever go to.

We took our grandchildren to the South Everett IHOP for Sunday lunch. The place was packed, but we only had to wait about ten minutes. The servers were polite, and got our orders right. However. when the food came out, the quality was terrible of some items, and very good on others. The waffles were delicious, as were my onion rings, but the bacon was terrible. HOWDOYOUMAKEBACONTERRIBLE??? I don’t know, but this cook figured it out. Bacon is supposed to be reddish brown, crispy and at the same time it should melt in your mouth. This was limp, with a weird gray, almost green color. It had a putrid smell, and the tiny bit I tasted was terrible. It was also soaked in grease. Don’t they know it needs to drain a little before serving? I ordered the Philly Melt with onion rings. The onion rings weren’t bad, but the Philly sandwich was awful. The bottom slice of bread was so greasy, I couldn’t pick it up. I literally had to eat the sandwich with a knife and fork. As for my coffee, it tasted burnt. My wife had chicken strips and fries, which she said were good. My grand daughter had a waffle, which looked beautiful, and she enjoyed. The server was very good. We never felt like we were forgotten. That’s why I gave this review two stars instead of one. Really, how do you make bacon disgusting?

This is a great IHOP location. While some breakfast places feel crammed, there is ample space here and the tables are a good distance from each other. Which means we can be loud without offending people nearby. There is a huge, grocery-store-size, parking lot and we’re always welcomed nicely and the wait time for seating is pleasingly negligible. A great place to have a loud, fun, morning breakfast. My nephew used to want to prove that he can stand on a table, and for some reason, he uses this place for him to validate that claim. IHOP has a special booster chair for him so no worries. I usually get the cheese omelet, hash browns and pancakes with a pitcher of coffee. My guess is that the coffee is a light breakfast blend which means I can drink more than usual without getting wired. Every waitress that has helped us here is always super nice, friendly, familiar with the menu, knowledgeable about the kitchen and has a great sense of humor. If you get the deals, the prices are reasonable(something like 6.99 for two eggs, hash browns and two pancakes) but be sure to ask about any specials going on since they’re not always on the menu. I’ve asked about the kitchen and they claim to have a separate grill for meat, and a separate grill for eggs and potatoes. I’m aware that eggs are meat but this meets my criteria for no cross-contamination. Be your own judge. Also, if all the syrup options are not on the table, be sure to ask and they might bring more out. I recommend Butter Pecan. I always try to leave a cash tip for the consistently friendly service. *note-I would like to note a lot of the lower ratings are coming from people dining here at night, while the higher ratings(like mine) are from breakfast.

Better than Denny’s. The coffee is really good. The service is good. The food is really good. I ordered the raspberry cream cheese crepes and I was not disappointed. This place is a hit or miss. Sometimes it’s really good, sometimes it’s a «meh» but for a good breakfast meal, I always find myself here. The booths are a little tight though. If you’re not skinny, I do recommend getting a table with chairs that move back. You’ll be much more comfortable.

Breakfast here was amazing. We came here right after my wife’s paper route for her birthday. She ordered the strawberry and cream crepes they were good. I ordered the country fried steak and eggs medium well, that was delicious as well. The waitress this morning was good at checking her tables and keeping tabs on the banquet room which was full of probably close to 40 people. This visit was great and I hope all future visits are just as good.

The food: decent, but it came out cold Our waitress: Wonderful, she was really, really nice. But the restaurant does a disservice to their staff by filling every table when they can’t keep up. She had the best attitude but was a little overwhelmed with her duties.

Crappiest location ever. Little busy sure but not enough to make this take over an hour for some damn pancakes. Ihop is the same all around in terms of food, pretty uniform. Had to listen to two waitresses decided who’s section we were actually sitting in. Figure it out, my gosh. People behind us were seated and that was it. They left after 20 mins. That is about 15 too long to wait if you ask me. This location over all has a shady feel to it. A lot of that just has to do with where it is located and the people that come in.
