Brian was the only attorney that called me back immediately. Upon meeting with him he was truly as nice and down to earth in person as he was on the phone. It was so refreshing meeting a lawyer who has not been jaded and truly cares and listens to his clients and the family members. He was straight forward and up front with us which was very much appreciated. Thankfully the outcome was in our favor. We could not have done it without his help. Jason had my back. We went to jury trial for DUI and won. He came recommended so I said ok I’ll try it. I’ve been in the legal system for too long and needed a ticket out. He was it. Again I’m a real human who’s life was saved thanks to his help. Jason always called me it’s almost like he was fighting for his own life too the whole way through the case. Motions to suppress, motions to dismiss, motions to make things happen, Then we fought dui in trial and he made sure I got a fair trial even got biased jurors excused from our case (random people factor weirdness). He know how the system works & how to handle everything as it went and will have your back too. The jury was hanging onto his every word as was the judge who trusts him too. He basically ran the whole trial & knew exactly how to handle it, even though prosecutor got last word, Jason owned the state on statements. Trust me I have paid more for worse attorneys. I explained myself to the young woman who called that I needed to set up an appointment by email, whereupon she asked if I could call back on Monday! If you cannot understand my simple request, why would I trust you with my case?
