Northstar Dry Cleaners

$ 1.50 for a clean, pressed, dress shirt in two days? Yes please! These people are super friendly and nice. They do an amazing job for a very economical price. Highly recommend!

I’m VERY pleased with staying with Northstar!
A few years ago I wrote a comment regarding Northstar and I didn’t give it a very good rating. However, 10 plus years with this dry cleaner, and I am their biggest fan. I now understand that sometimes communication from my end helps go a long way. I am very pleased with the service, pricing, the professional experience, and the quality of the wash and dry cleaning. I realized that I have been going to this dry cleaner roughly every week or two, for a decade. I highly recommend Northstar and will continue to be a valued customer and I TRUST them with my most delicate and important wears. Thank you Northstar Cleaners!!!

I would 5 stars for pricing and 2 stars for the actually finished job. I don’t like getting nickel dimed for debit charges and I think they take a day or two longer than other places to get your clothes back. They are conveniently located and sometimes have a person at the counter that speaks English which is nice. If I had a very expensive outfit I would p[probably not take it there, but for everyday clothes, there are more positives than negatives.

Unfortunately a particular uniform that was to be military pressed was not when we picked it up today. They were very apologetic and offered to refund us the money so that we could find another dry cleaners that could press it correctly this afternoon because her presser wouldn’t be in until the next morning. While I was on the phone outside calling another dry cleaners, the attendant came outside to inform us that she was able to contact her presser and that she would be there in a couple of minutes to do the shirt. I was impressed at that point by both the dry cleaners and the employee who came just to do this one job. On top of that they refunded us the money anyway. Because of their customer care, I will definitely use their services again.

I used this place years ago and had no complaints. I dropped off one top that I bought at a thrift store and reeked of perfume. I picked the top up and it still reeked and looked as though it had just been steamed pressed. I used to work at a dry cleaners and know the smell of something that has been cleaned or not. I am completely disappointed in this business and will gladly pay more to have my garment actually get cleaned. Bad choice.

They just returned a $ 20 bill I left in my pocket over 3 weeks ago. I would have picked up my dry cleaning sooner had I known! Honest business owners. THANKS!!! Also they only charge $ 2.75 per item dry cleaned. Quality is great!

Although they are a little pricey and not super friendly I have had no problems with all the men’s wear that I have had cleaned here. They accept cash and check and all of my items have been done on time and have come back clean.

BEWARE. CASH ONLY $ 2.50 per item. I should have known. White women’s jacket. Came back about the same as it went in. STAY CLEAR OF THIS PLACE!!!
