Puget Sound Pet Stop

We had Puget Sound Pet Stop install their system for us about 1−½ years ago. We had rescued a dog that was not easy to train but I am absolutely amazed how well Debbie trained our dog not to leave our property. We have not had a single issue and in fact, our dog often goes outside without his collar as he knows not to encroach the property boundary.
Great product, excellent customer service and fair pricing, a real good value in my opinion.

I chose this company for an electonic fence for my new dog because they advertised 100% containment or your money back. After nearly two months, I still do not have containment, I do not have a refund, and they won’t return my phone calls. They over-​trained my dog so that she’s afraid to go out in the yard because of the shock. Then, last week when she finally came around the side of the house, she went right through the fence with her stubborn dog collar intact. Did not return to the house like they said she would, she kept going. I called, again, for a refund since this is the second time she broke through, and I was told that one owner had to consult with the other owner and they’d get right back to me. That was three days ago. I wasted nearly $ 1500 on this unprofessional company and wouldn’t recommend anyone else do the same.
