I have now used Road Rescue towing for more than just a flat tire. I have used them when my old Q7 broke down and more recently when my new Q7 was hit in an accident. I have to say that I am still very happy with my experience. I have met two of their drivers, both very professional and both times they showed up extremely fast to help me out, faster than my given wait time estimate. The first tow they did for me was when my car broke down in the summer heat. The driver came to my rescue promptly. He maneuvered the tow truck efficiently in the gas station parking lot. He had my car up on the tow truck in no time at all and was on his way the Audi dealership. The second tow they did for me was when my car was hit, at night. Again they came to my rescue fairly fast so that I was not stuck in the dark alone waiting. By the time the state patrol had finished up the police report and left they were pulling up to help me. They towed my car to my house no problem. Once I arranged to have my car fixed at a body shop I called them back to schedule for them to come tow it again. This time I had a specific appointment time, and the driver showed up right on time.

No exageration… A-1 service. I collect/restore old cars, so over the years I’ve had to call on the services of a tow truck more times than I care to admit. This time I had to have a car towed that I bought new in 1980(yes, before a lot of you were born). I was having a cruddy day anway… I called AAA and was told it would be 2 or 2 ½ hours to get a truck out(wtf???), so I decided to call the tow company that I usually use. I’m embarrassed to say I called the wrong company but it sure worked out well. The Road Rescue dispatcher took my info and said a driver would call me right back, which he did, and said he’d be out in 30 – 45 minutes, which he was! He told me how much it was going to be right up front, used the utmost care in loading/unloaded it on the flatbed(another bonus), and was just a really good guy to deal with(Leon). Washington State Patrol uses them in their tow truck rotation, so they have to be pretty efficient, and they are. Payment was quick and painless. All in all I would highly recommend Road Rescue!
