McDonald’s

This is by far the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to and I’m a fat guy that loves me some McDonald’s. Yesterday was the last straw. I was the only car in the drive through and the parking lot was nearly empty, so I know they weren’t busy. When I placed my order which was pretty simple, two happy meals, nuggets, bbq sauce, milk and yogurt and two sausage mcmuffins, I had to repeat it three times. Nearly every time I come here I have to repeat my order. I don’t mumble, I speak loud and clear, yet they don’t pay attention.
Not that it matters because when I do finally get my food it’s NEVER right. I was handed two ice cream cones yesterday after that order, I explained that I didn’t order those and for some reason I get a dirty look. Never before was I the person that got their food and held up the drive thru line checking their order until this place because 9 times out of 10 something is missing or the order is completely wrong. I don’t know what happened to this place, about a year ago it was just fine, they seemed to have hired a whole new crew and the place has gone down hill.

I only come here for coffee, they cant even get that right so i can only imagine how messed up the food gets. I get a coffee with one cream and two sugars and when i go try it tasted like nothing but creamer all white hardly any coffee. I had to spill it out. This wasnt the first time they couldnt get the coffee right i gave them couple chances before i wrote this. Oh, n if ur in a rush in the morning be ready to wait a bit. Theres nothing fast about this fast food place.

Might as well go to a sit down restaurant, you will get your food at the same pace and they will more likely give you a discount/​freebie if they are running behind.

It always puzzle me why fast food is not «fast» This is one of the slowest McDonalds I have ever seen.
Last night I thought I would go for a quick cone, it took 15 minutes in the drive-​thru on a Sunday night at 8:30. That is unacceptable. But two Sunday’s before that, believe it or not with the 49-​cent cone advertising going on, they were out of ice cream the machine was not working, I was not happy. Fortunately I do not eat the other crap they sell at McDonalds just an occasional salad, but everytime I go there it is a wait. I do not like to wait on «Fast Food» the McDonalds in Oak Brook are «fast» can get a egg McMuffin in a minute in the morning.

Always fresh… Fast
