Pretty good store. I live in a big building and do a lot of online shopping. We have a few a people that live in our building that love to open packages that do not belong to them. I have my packages delivered here and never have an issue with my packages being picked up. They do charge a fee of 2 $ for each package, but I dont mind paying for security. I would give 5 stars, but the weekend customer service can be a little better.

Beware. Earlier this month I sold several autographed and, therefore, invaluable theatre posters on Ebay and took them to the«Shipping Experts» at the Evergreen Park store for, what I thought would guarantee, expert packing. Their posters show fine china! Poster arrived destroyed, torn, bent, and ripped. I contacted the store to file a claim and was told a claim would be filed on my behalf that day and a report from UPS would follow in 8 – 10 business days. 3 weeks later I follow up with Pat at the store for a status. After 2 emails she responds that she’s still waiting to hear. I call UPS Customer Service and find out that a claim was never filed, or it was filed after I emailed for a status check. So far the store has not apologized, taken responsibility for its packing of the item(no culpability), and they never filed a claim after a expressed the urgency I was facing by the buyer. Since this is a franchise and privately owned, I’m an the mercy of the store which has proved itself to be incapable of expert anything — pack & ship or customer service.
