Meh, on several occasions we’ve written polite emails describing one sort of problem or other with our orders. I can forgive problems from time to time, but as others have mentioned, they never bother to respond in any way. We’ll use them in a pinch, but feel zero loyalty to this service. No way to run a business.

We used to use them often. Saturday we ordered food. 2 hours and 2 or 3 phone calls later it showed up cold. It was 8:30 and I lost my appetite. The driver said he’d tell the manager to call us. Despite our many calls and the drivers promise, we never heard a word. They just lost us and we will pass our dissatisfaction along.

Delivery time no where near accurate. Ordered from them about 3 – 4 times and every time they are 30mins or more late. Currently waiting for a delivery scheduled for 10:06 and its 10:55. Completely inexcusable. Never ordering thru this service ever again.

I love the idea of Cuisine To Go. This service helps me take care of my loved ones from over three thousand miles away. The first time I used this service I was a little nervous because I’ve never done business with a .net before and the website look so simple. However, after my initial contact with Cuisine To Go(had to call in to confirm my first order), I was very satisifed with the service. My loved ones feel well taken care of whenever I order from Cuisine To Go. I love that I can tip the driver and the food gets there promptly. I hope the business will expand and there will be more available delivery time for various restaurants. Overall, great service, great business idea, and just great overall!

The website says ‘discount for cash’ but the reality is they charge extra for credit. What poor business practices! Missing food from my order — the payment receipt shows i paid for it, the restaurant receipt and a call to the restaurant itself show the folks at Cuisine to Go did not order all i paid for yet when I called there was no offer to go back and get the food but instead just an offer to ‘credit’ my card…so now we’re left with some of the family not having full meals. I have given these guys ‘one more chance’ about five times and they have yet to get an order right. They have lost me(and all of my extended family) as customers.

Updated November 2014: This place is completely hit or miss. We order probably once a month. Half the time, your food shows up promptly and hot. The other half of the time(like tonight), it shows up barely warm and 45 minutes late. That’s 45 minutes after the 1-hour delivery estimate – we waited nearly 2 hours. Day of the week and distance to the restaurant are not factors – it’s all over the place. Drivers blame the service. Service does not respond to complaints. So even though I will miss the possibility of delivery from restaurants that don’t otherwise deliver, I think I’m done.
