Have always really loved the freshness and taste of Five Guys burgers, and their wonderfully huge heaping over, fried in peanut oil fries. I used to think their food was overpriced. However, after trying burgers and fries from Shake Shack(KoP) and a few different Jakes locations, I now think that Five Guys prices AND food taste /quantity and quality are by far the best. We order take out from here at least once a week, and our orders are almost always done right.(Last week, they forgot to add any toppings and we didn’t realize til after we were home, so that sucked. But hey, no one is perfect and the mgr did offer a free meal when we’re back next week, so they are making it right for us.) Every time but once, the large fry order is way more than double the large size cup, and is overflowing into the bag. So much more than expected, so one large fry order is plenty for our family of 3 to share. Keep this in mind when ordering! We usually even have leftovers… in fact, I still have a ½ cup of them in the fridge from a few days ago. Great to use in an omlet for breakfast!) For our family of two adults, one teenager, it’s about $ 24 and we place our order online for pick up on our way home from the office. Two slight complaints: 1 — When you place an online or phone order to be picked up, they will make your burgers and bag them for you, but won’t drop your fry order until you arrive, so you will still have to wait. I get the fact that they want your fries to be fresh and hot, but not at the expense of my burger sitting up there getting cold, or wilting the crisp lettuce. 2 = This Five Guys is closest to me. I wish it were freestanding so it would be easier grab food on the go. But this one is in the food court at Exton Square Mall, so you have to park and run in there. That’s a huge pain, esp when you can’t find a nearby parking space, and I will def not order at this one around the busy holidays. Perhaps they should have a few designated parking spaces, or even better… curb side pick up??? Maybe text them when you arrive so they can bring pre-paid orders out right to the curb. Maybe too much to ask for, but a good suggestion for them, and it doesn’t hurt to suggest! All in all, excellent burgers and fries, and great service. Will keep returning often!

Had to wait over 25 minutes today(when they were not even busy) for a burger without a bun. After waiting that long and leaving with my order, when I opened it up, my burger didn’t have anything I asked for on it… apparently«all the way» means a limp piece of lettuce, small tomato and a pickle. Very disappointing. People were actually returning their orders and going somewhere else after waiting for 20 minutes.

Food is on par with any other Five Guys, but the service in this Mall location is painfully SLOOOOW regardless of how busy they are.

This Five Guys location is located in the Exton Mall food court. Since it is in the mall, they got free wifi. I ordered the Bacon Cheeseburger with everything in it. It was good. I had trouble eating the burger because it was huge.

Food: 4 Service: 3 Value: 2.5 I find Five Guys to be highly satisfying. They are a tad pricey, but the portion sizes are rather good.
