Do NOT agree to anything with this organization verbally, on paper, and especially if Daryl tells you «not to worry about something» or to «trust him»! DMG MIXED MARTIAL ARTS and BOXING, LLC is a yet another new name started on 8−27−15 (
). I’m spending the time to post this so that other consumers are not victim to these poor business practices. There are plenty of complaints hidden under previous business names like «DMG Boxing» on the BBB, here on the new location below my review on Google Places, «DMG Fitness Company» on Unilocal,DMG Fitness LLC out of Clifton, DMG Fitness Boxing and Sports Training out of Paterson, etc. I want to be clear that I am spending time to post this because Daryl lied to my face, over text, over email and has over $ 1600 dollars of my cash tied up. I wish someone had written a review like this so I wouldn’t have been another abused consumer and that’s why I spent the time to write this now. You don’t need to believe me, but do your own research and save yourself the headache of dealing with their verbal contracts or «trust me» sign here agreement which you won’t get a copy of easily. There is also an addendum that they may «forget» to talk about or even have you sign, but could later try and uphold the terms of the addendum with you. Daryl can cancel and move training times around on you because «You don’t lose anything.» He essentially is saying that your time is not as valuable as his and there are YEARS of historic complaints proving he has pulled this cancel/​move sessions around game before. Also, this review only pertains to Daryl and his team. There may be other innocent business partners at the location in Little Falls which this review does not apply to like fencing, archery, and other personal trainers. Save yourself — go train elsewhere.

This is the least professional group i have ever worked with … The only good thing about them is they know how to say «Sorry» every time you approach them with your problems.
I started training with Daryl in April ’13, and it went okay for a month but after that they just kept cancelling every other session and mostly last minute. My work schedule shifted a little and so I just couldn’t keep following up with them every now and then… And after 4 months i had more than 20 sessions pending. So i discontinued in with them start of july and they said they would complete all my pending sessions. Which didn’t happen again. So i asked for refund. To which Karen (Daryl’s Assistant) said will be processed in 30 days. And it’s 7^th Sep today 7 days more than 30 days and they haven’t processed my refund. Plus the quote they sent 15 days ago after I kept telling them was just for 12 sessions which is way less what they owe me. They don’t take my calls at all !!
I have been more than extremely patient with them and they have just been taking it for granted. If I don’t get my refund in full I will definitely file a Law suit against them ! I have proof every time they have cancelled sessions last minute !
