Pizza Hut

Service is great, but when it comes to the pizza it SUCKS. The Stuffed Crust pizza was burn, oil was dripping, SUPER SALTY, Soggy just bad. Will not recommended to anyone

I do not understand why or how anyone can mess up orders when its on a screen in front of your ugly face. «Signature recipe» just like how papa pizzahut used to make it in the old country… I will never go to this place again.
I ordered a big dinner box today (3 medium pans) I drove through the «snow» which is hardly an inch and its melting to get the box which was 30 dollars due to the toppings. Came home to see one of the pizza’s is missing the most obvious topping in their «restaurant» spinach leaves and red peppers. I call to ask for another pie delivered he tells me the delivery driver won’t be there due to snow for another 2 hours. How does a tiny pizza hut on one of the busiest streets in fair lawn not have a delivery driver when the snow hasn’t even accumulated to an inch? Thanks for Double the inconvenience and none of the service… I highly suggest everyone to never eat from this crap hole again. It should be shut down for how dirty and how terrible the service is. Chris the manager says whatever he can to avoid doing his job. Maybe because he’s a manager at a pizza hut. There’s a dominos 100 ft away Or you could order at any of the other REAL pizza places in town.

Really great and all the people are super nice and friendly. One of the cashier girls were really nice and gave me no drama when I asked how long my food would take. My kids love it and so do I. ¹⁰⁄₁₀ would go again.

This was my first visit to any Pizza Hut. I pre-​ordered online the Buffalo State Of Mind Large Pie with Fiery Red Pepper breadsticks at 9am for carryout by 12:15pm. They did not call to confirm the order which is fine since I was away from my phone. Service was upbeat and right on time. It’s a bit odd how the same pie is listed at $ 15 on the web site and also $ 10 on the same web site under the «Deals» category. Everything tasted great for both lunch and for dinner. The breadsticks were indeed «fiery.»

Just got 7 pies for a surprise birthday party. Told us 25 minutes and it was done just in that time. Good overall time expectation but honestly that’s the only reason it gets 2 stars. It was dirty, messy, and it seemed like everyone was under the age of 18 which is not a bad thing but there seemed to be no one in control. I would avoid until proper management comes. ALSO. it smelled weird lol. That’s just me though.

DON’T GO HERE. THERE’S A DOMINOS ON THE NEXT BLOCK OR TONS OF OTHER OPTIONS. JUST NOT HERE.
I would give it zero stars! Extremely dirty. Very discourteous and unintelligent.
I ordered with a coupon online and when I went to pick up, they didn’t include the 2 liter. The person who took my order didn’t know why and even after I showed her what my order showed online, her response was, its not on the receipt that i printed so i cant give it to you. With an attitude.
I asked to speak to the manager. She told me that I didnt add the soda online (which I did) so that’s why it didn’t print on the receipt. I asked if she could add it and she said no.
In the industry they are in, courtesy is everything. It would not be wrong to add the soda, which I showed them proof of having in my order.
First and last time I go there.

Surprised to see so may lie reviews of this place. I love Pizza Hut I think they have great deals. This location however is only take out and delivery. I ALWAYS call ahead and my order is usually correct. Unfortunately I do not expect great customer service just good food and that’s what I usually get. Nothing amazing but when I want Pizza Hut this is where I come

On New Years Eve, No Large Circular Pizza, No Medium Circular Pizza! Plus my coupon code I had did not work! These pizzas were for my husband’s nursing floor at a local hospital!

Bad food. Bad service. Watch your credit card statement. They overcharged me a $ 5.00 tip when I already gave driver cash tip.

this might be the worst Pizza Hut i’ve ever been to. besides the woman boss, who might be the most unpleasant person ive ever met, the food ALWAYS take forever to be ready. i mean always. place always looks a mess also. i have no idea how this place stays open.

I remembered why I haven’t eaten here in five years. «Pizza» coated in a buttery slick of what is sure to lead to heart attack… we ended up throwing it away.
