I have taken several pieces in for repair and they all turned out amazing. Chris and his wife are very knowledgeable and take the time to help you. They have a payment plan that makes it easy to have that item you have always wanted but could never afford. Their pricing is lower than you can get anywhere else and the family atmosphere lets you know that they will not sell you something just to make a huge profit. I would highly recommend them to anyone that wants high quality at great prices.

I went in here looking for an engagement ring. To my surprise they have a pretty big mens selection. The manager of the store help me pick out a ring that I would liked and also had a custom one specially Made to match mine for my partner. I was in a pinch because everywhere else I’ve looked I don’t like the rings and he had what I liked and even made a matching one in one week. I also came back two weeks later and had my other rings sized, polished and my necklace fixed. I also love a good bargain and his prices are by far the best and may I add the quality is exceptional as well. I am very happy with the rings and my partner said yes!

Chris has some of the most beautiful jewelry! You can spend a little or a lot! You will never fill like you have a pushy sales person! Madison Avenue Diamonds is the ONLY place I bring my jewelry to be repaired!

Absolutely amazing experience with Madison Avenue Diamonds! I was devastated when the diamond from my wedding ring fell out and was lost forever. I was referred by my boss and I was brought to tears of joy when they were able to fix my ring! The price was phenomenal and I was allowed to make payments (which was a major plus for me). I love Madison Avenue Diamonds. This jewelery store has a really great selection of jewelery, from opals, topazes, pearls, rubies, sapphires, you name it, all the way to amazing diamonds. Best of all, you always get a great deal. I had them make a really unique custom mother’s ring for my Mom, and she just loves it. They used the best gemstones and the whole ring just really sparkles. It feels substantial. I also had some custom teardrop topaz earrings made from some stones I brought in and they just look beautiful. They’ve delivered on everything I’ve asked them to make. They are so easy to work with and really give it to you straight, which is awesome, I hate those stores where you go in and you feel like you’re being ripped off but you’re not sure. That doesn’t happen at this store. :) It’s awesome. They have a great range of selection in terms of price too.

I absolutely love the engagement ring that my fiancé got me! And from what he told me, the owner, Chris, went above and beyond to show him countless different types of diamonds as well as to educate him on the qualities of the diamonds as well. As for the cost…(he wouldn’t tell me) but what he did say was that for the quality you get is well worth the price.
In fact, after he went over the different diamond qualities Chris pulled out a diamond that he just got from Israel and showed it to my future husband. SOLD! lol. Now we are not rich people but Chris made it possible for me to have the ring that I always dreamed of and the highest quality available… VS1.
And I have yet to mention have fast their service is. My fiancé was able to get my ring three days before we left for Maui! Also Chris had to put the diamond in its setting before it was picked up. The ring ended up being to big so I took it back to get it sized at 6pm in the evening, and Chris told me to come back @ 3pm the NEXT day. Now that is fast service!

I went here to get a price for a very small amount of gold (thin broken chain, 2 small sets of earrings. one with small inexpensive diamonds, broken latch) and that was about it. I had gotten a quote of $ 64 at a place in Folsom and $ 84 at a nearby gold buyer. The owner here gave me $ 90! He said he was only going to make about $ 3 on the deal, but he wants to be competitive.
The store itself was very large and bright. I wasn’t in the market to buy, but I sure would go back there if I was. Very nice people and it looked like they had a huge selection jewelry,

I’m so surprised no one has reviewed this business before. I found them thru referrals a year ago, and after referring them several times since to others who were just as pleased as me, I decided it’s time to Unilocal this place!
Family owned business, with beautiful jewelry in stock, and wonderful design services. Chris Gibson, the owner, has great design sense. He combined my father-in-law’s diamond ring, my mother-in-law’s diamond earrings, and my 34 year old diamond wedding ring into a thing of beauty. We discussed what styles I like, he showed me several rings in his cases that were along the lines of what I described. I was looking for something simple, but modern that would showcase the stones, with no prongs, all stones channel set.
About two weeks after I left my assortment of jewelry, Chris called to make an appointment. He had designed several variations on a CAD/​CAM system. We sat in his office, while he displayed the designs on this system, and made changes to the design on the spot while we reviewed them. Pretty amazing way to design your jewelry, you get to be part of the process.
The ring turned out to be a stunner! I have small hands, and the center diamond is VERY LARGE. I worried that it would be too much for me, but the design gets so many compliments.
I had lost a large diamond years ago since I don’t check prongs very often. So I had requested channel set diamonds. Chris went one step further, he floated the largest center diamond between two open gold bands, channel setting three smaller ones in descending size on each side. Those six smaller ones appear to be floating, hard to describe the look. Good news is, no prongs, all diamonds are firmly set in gold.
After I picked up the ring, he told me to return in a few weeks so he could recheck ring to be sure everything was still tight, and it was. Would give them 6 stars if I could.

Great jewlery store!!! They customize jewlery for you for a reasonable price. I had a diamond added to my necklace adn they only charged 325 for everything! (and I was buying the pendant and a longer chain). It is a family owned store, so when you walk in it feels like you are a part of thier family, the owner and his wife were a great help to me and my husband when we were engaged, we paid for the wedding ourselves and it really felt like they were more interested in helping us than making more profits. The owners wife also explained alot of things to my husband so he could get me the best engagement ring!!!
