I met Michael at the Sacramento Home and Garden Show at Cal Expo, I explained to him the T1−11 siding on my home. He assured me that he could perma-patch the cracked siding and make my home look brand new. Taking into consideration him being a vendor at the Home show I put a lot of trust in his ability to keep his word and do a great job. I looked on Unilocal for some reviews on him however there was none. With that being said, it was an absolute mistake to hire this man. He of-course wanted half of the estimate cost up front and I agreed. The house was about 80% done when he requested the remainder of the money stating he needs to pay his crew. I had to use my better judgement and tell him he is not getting the remainder of the payment until he is 100% done and I have approved the over all job! Some rotten areas of the siding which were in the estimate were not repaired until I pressed him about it and refused to pay until it was done. It was done very sloppy. The paint on the rain gutters started to peel and bubble just a few weeks after the job was done. Other areas of the house was flaking off as well due to not scraping off the old paint. Overspray was common to find as well. Michael is very unreliable and does not do good work at all! If you are considering hiring him you may want to read this review. It’s a lot of money to pay him to just rush thru your project and possibly leave an incomplete project if you pay him in full! There are way better painters out there and deserve your business over this clown! I really hope this review is helpful to someone, as I’ve never written one before. I guess that’s what happens when you spend nearly $ 3,000 for a half ass sloppy job!
