Whenever I go back for any of our phones in the family, the staff take extra time to hunt down and fix any issue whether it be with a technical problem, plan change, billing or upgrades. Cell phones always have glitches and Sprint can be a pain just like any big company but the staff there are always friendly and knowledgeable; I have learned to not be frustrated at home trying to fix the occasional problem and go there when they aren’t very busy to get immediate service.

Beware:
These people are lying deceiving manipulators. Everything they told us was untrue. Having to pay restocking fees for their terrible tablet and activation fees they promised we wouldn’t have to pay since my husband is a union worker. So, thanks for deceiving my husband into thinking you were actually giving us the better deal. Should’ve stuck with AT&T.

So disappointed. I had a great experience purchasing my phone. Went back in under the impression that a screen cover I purchased was ‘lifetime warranty’ it was going to cost me $ 5. This information was also new to, Justin, the assistant manager. I wanted him to just replace it, he absolutely wouldn’t budge unless I paid $ 5. This was not the information I was sold when I originally purchased the phone. I’m really disappointed they wouldn’t budge on $ 5 and chalk it up to a learning experience for future customers.

Best Sprint experience I have had at a cell phone store. I was immediately greeted by the manager and helped right away. I had broken my phone and needed a new one. David and Daniel went over all the phones with me and the different options/pricing they had available. It didn’t take long, and everyone was very helpful and friendly. Would highly recommend.

Just went in the other day and switched over from AT&T. The staff was awesome and talked me through the whole process from cancelling with my carrier and joining Sprint. Daniel is the best! Super friendly and helpful and greeted every customer that came into the store! He is awesome at multi-tasking and really made sure to talk me through everything so that I could understand exactly what I was doing. He was honest and not the stereotypical salesman. He deserves a promotion for sure!!! Andy was super helpful and took his time with me as well!

After going to the Sprint Corporate Store on Howe Ave., and having such a horrific experience and leaving that store literally in tears, I searched for other options. It was so wonderful to know that a new Sprint location opened up just a mile from my home. WOW !! The store even smells NEW; very clean; charming staff folks; three people seem to be working most of the time, at least this what I saw the two times I was there. They greeted me immediately, and with a smile. They had news about when the 4G towers would be activated in our area of town. And then there is Daniel; he is the tech guy that helps everyone with all sorts of cell phone issues. He is a great multitask-er and produces results. I will defiantly tell everyone I know to be sure to go to this new store for all their cell phone needs. Thanks to all of you.

The staff and manager were super helpful and friendly. Excellent customer service! Better than other stores I have visited. I was having problems with my phone and they fixed it up in no time. The people there are very knowledgeable. I will go out of my way and drive the extra few miles to this store because of the great customer service I received! Thanks guys! I would give 10 stars if it were possible! :)
