I agree with the other one star rating.
— Waited over 40 minutes while store clerks completely ignored me
— Asked for customer service and one clerk was rude, saying «I’m with a customer now»
— I waited all that time only to have 2 minutes of service
One of the worst customer services I’ve ever experienced.

Wow, this place is much nicer on the inside than I expected. Lots of open floor space, sparse decoration/​demo stations.
On the minus side: three attendants today (Sunday afternoon) and we were here for 30 minutes with no line progress. All in all, we were there for just over an hour, waiting, only to find out they couldn’t help us because they didn’t have the phone we wanted in stock.
THEN, the employee asked us if he should check other stores — why wouldn’t you just do that proactively? It was like a choose your own adventure where you had to answer the silly questions before you could proceed.
Yes, I do want to know if the other store a couple miles away has one. No, I do not want to insult the dragon. Sheesh. Throughout, the employee was very emotionless and matter-​of-​fact. «Your phone was stolen? You want a new one now? I don’t have any. Do you want me to check the store 2 miles away?» No empathy.
Turns out its unusual for this store to be this busy.
