Pharm tech Sarah kept saying they didn’t have a prescription, I had to call and wait for the on call MD to call back and tell me he had called it in hours ago. Pharm tech Sarah couldn’t be bothered to check the voicemails. There was no one else waiting. What should have been 5 minutes was an hour.

For the most part this CVS is really good however the pharmacy staff is slipping a tad. They used to be more on top of their delivery of pharmaceuticals and my so needs his daily medications. Do not tell me Monday, you’ll have it.

First issue is their website states the operating hours to be from 7 am to 9 pm. Well, they don’t open until 8 am. Second issue is the pharmacy, they never have my medicine in stock, however, they do have plenty of excuses. Lastly, I am not sure if CVS in general hires the crappiest pharmacists, or part of the job requirements is to be an anal prick.

The store is well stocked and clean. I was assisted by Dinesh, who went out of his way to provide excellent customer service.

This is one of the newest CVS around and is conveniently near NVCC. This is good news for students, faculty, and visitors especially when one needs things but does not want to be stuck in traffic. We all know how horrible traffic can be in Virginia. This CVS is clean and organized. However, it was missing some essential things or perhaps, they were not easy to find. This CVS may not be as busy as its sister stores in the mornings but there needs to be someone at the register. I have already been there twice and twice no one manning the check-outs. I have had to notify someone stocking items in the nearest aisle who turned out to be the cashier.
