Domino’s Pizza

WORST DOMINOS EVER. The first time I ordered a pizza, it was mainly sauce patches with a few sprinkles of cheese. Naturally, I found this unacceptable for a pizza and they credited my account with a free pizza. Fast forward a week, I used that credit and as my topping got extra cheese, so guess what the jerks did? Delivered me a pizza with NO TOMATO SAUCE, just EXTRA CHEESE. And on top of that, the crust was brittle/​greasy and it was impossible to pull the slices apart. So we ate chunks of pizza with no sauce. not even going to bother calling this place again. If you are looking for a typical delivery pizza experience, this is not the place.

This place is a hit or miss, I have ordered pizza several times usually it is prompt because I live less then a mile from the store.
Tonight however the pizza tracker said my pizza left at 6:46 and didn’t arrive until 7:40, I am not sure how that was possible. I called store they simply said that the driver had 2 deliveries. Then on top of that my pizza was tossed all over the box by the time it arrived.

Feedback provided to Domino’s Customer Service via their online form on 8÷13÷2015:
«We got a mailer from the store on Main St Fairfax, and decided to try Domino’s again, it having been a while since our last order. We signed up for an online profile to place an order, and found that the mailer misdirected us, so our (delivery) service would not have been from the new Main St. store (but from the old Braddock Rd store). We were going to order anyway, but when your product options, and the choices of toppings, etc. would not give us any pricing info whatsoever, we decided to pass.
Seriously, who designs an online order site without making sure the customer can take pricing into consideration while weighing ordering options?
We’re back to Pizza Bolis, but thanks anyway. Good luck.
PS — and if I put the customary dashes in my phone #, or list the store phone # the same way YOU have it on YOUR website, you won’t accept my Customer Service communication? You really need to fire the web services guys.»
Less than an hour later, I got the following back from them at 6:40 PM Eastern:

The message included broken jpegs in place of their logo and their signature.
I fondly remember the days of free, friendly, decent ½-​hour-​or-​less pizza delivery from Domino’s. They’ve fallen a very long way since founder Monaghan began to step away from the reins, but I’ve been hoping they might get it together. I guess they are trying to listen, but the company doesn’t seem to have the kind of management needed to formulate and execute a viable plan.

Terrible delivery service. Cold pizza and side. Thought I would give Domino’s another try but they are just awful. All the remaking the brand failed miserably.

We have always had an excellent experience at this Domino’s. Yummy, hot pizza, ready at the right time. Keep it up!

my order arrived 15 minutes after the online tracker said it was delivered to us. what’s the point of that online tracker? i think it’s a scam. the chicken was nothing as pictured – the nuggets are smaller than mcdonalds – , and they forgot the sauce. not impressed.

Great !!! They got it right!!! The pizza was steaming hot, made exactly like we wanted it !!! and the driver was super nice! We will order again soon!

If I was to give stars based on my most recent experience it would be 2, only because the flavor was there.
Generally love this place, but it has bad moments.
The driver was very polite and friendly, even though he was obviously in a rush, he deserved a tip, and got one.
My most recent order was delivered luke warm. Who wants to microwave pizza they just ordered? After 40 minutes passed, I called them to what was going on and the man who answered was very rude and rushed me off the phone after saying there were a lot of deliveries. I can understand the holiday rush, but there should be a way to keep the pizza heated or at least give the customer a heads up!

This Domino’s is like any other one, generic, dull, over-​priced pizza that tastes like cheap cardboard covered in not-​so-​good sauce and high end cheeses to make up for the other two… Although the wings, chicken tender like bites, and sandwiches they have are not bad, they’re actually pretty tasty. I highly recommend for their side entrees.

Rude and disrespectful. The guy on the phone would yell «whaaat?» AND the driver stopped a distance from where they usually stop even after seeing me he waived asking me to walk over. Despite of that he didn’t like my tip of $ 3 by telling me, «well, that’s a bad note to end the day on.»

Oh god I love Domino’s. This place is right across from campus, super convenient, delicious pizza. Obviously it’s not a 5 star restaurant and the pizza is undoubtedly unhealthy, but it’s delicious, fast, and they never mess up my order.

with the many decent restaurants in this town this one is one is a least fav. The last time I ordered from this place It took over two hours of arguing with the delivery of where he needed to deliver the food. Then they store gave us the food for free, BUT WHO WANTS A MEAL THAT HAS BEEN ON THE ROAD WITH SOMEONE WHO IS ANGRY WITH YOU (because they can’t do their job)??? The delivery guy then demanded a tip. RUDE and unapologetic. The food is generic frozen food that’s reheated… It taste of and is cheap but not worth the rude service. When I received it I was afraid the delivery person might have spite in it (he was angry he didn’t know where our street was at LAYTON HALL APARTMENTS!)
Also Dominos desserts are gross.

Only had the chocolate lava cake here and I must say that I’m impressed. Totally worth a look as it has a slightly crunchy exterior, with a thick chocolate syrup inside that oozes out when you break into it. The flavor is reminiscent of fried oreos which are carnival food heroes in my book.
