Some associates are less than friendly. Had one lady flat out ignore me. I left the store. I’ll shop at REI, thanks!

The store was clean and the staff was friendly. The gentleman who helped me was polite and knowledgeable about the product (I was checking out sleeping bags), and I trusted his input because he told me he guides camping tours in his free time. While I didn’t make a purchase today, I will keep this location in mind for the day I do come back to buy a sleeping bag and other camping gear.
