Do not come to this office. They charge every time you visit, even if its just to check test results. I had one test ran and they charged me each time i had to come in to apply a sticker for an allergy test. Plus the meds they gave me made me worse and the doctor assured me they were working, and wouldn’t even let you ask questions and would talk over you. She tried spending the least amount of time she could on people

This review is more about the Esthetician and the front desk. I had been going to this office to get laser hair removal for sometime. After 10 sessions I was told that the hair would not return. To my surprise the hair grew back after stopping treatments for about a year. Although not as much, I still wanted to return to the office to get touch-​ups. Mind you I was told that after 10 sessions I would not be paying full price for any additional treatments. First, I was calling the office almost everyday for two weeks just to get a live person on the phone. This is not a joke!!! I was shocked that there was no answer at anytime of the day that I would call for two weeks. Even after leaving voice mails I had to return calls. Anyways, after 2 weeks I finally was able to speak to someone on the phone. I explained that I am a former client and was interested in returning for touch up treatments. I wanted to ask for prices but the girl on the phone said I had to be seen by the esthetician. Unfortunately for me the Rockville office had no esthetician and therefore I was asked to go to the Fairfax office. This is about 30 minutes from my house without traffic. I made an appointment to see the esthetician there. The lady was very nice but when I asked for prices she gave me prices that were even more than the price I had originally paid for in the beginning. I told her I just wanted touch up because most of the hair is gone. She went to pull my records from the Rockville office while I waited for about half an hour. After half an hour she said that they are having trouble getting my records from Rockville and that she would call me later.
You can see why this would frustrate me. 1. I went to an office that is out of my way just to get prices. 2. The price I was quoted cost way more than what I had paid for originally for a full session. 4. I waited 30 minutes just for them to tell me that they cant get my records from the other office 3. This is Dr. Sundarams practice so there should be fixed prices not changed if the esthetician changes.
I am very disappointed in this office/​practice. There are many laser hair removal places in this area and I should have gone to them. I would not recommend them to anyone. Its a rip off!!! I paid good money for false promises.
