When we first moved to the area we thought going through a company would make it easier — it’s been nothing but a headache. The amount of paperwork is tremendous and the staff doesn’t make it easy. We stuck it out because we thought we had a good relationship with our daycare provider, but then we get less than a month’s notice that she is closing her daycare and moving. Now we have to fill out more termination paperwork, when it’s not even our choice to be terminating. While at first it seemed like a more economical choice, once we figured out all of the paid holidays(who gets 3 days for the 4th of July!?) and the fact that the hours were not as long as we would like, the rate was the same as paying a little more for a child care center. We used up all of our own paid time off covering for the holidays that the daycare provider got. I suggest either going with an in-home daycare provider on a individual basis(we had a wonderful one before we moved to the area from out of state). Or, if you can afford it, going with a child care center. I would not recommend this company. While some individual daycare providers within the network may be wonderful, in the end it wasn’t worth it and we were let down in many ways.

We are so pleased with our experience so far using Infant Toddler Family Day Care. We’ve been with them for over two years now with the same provider and couldn’t be more pleased with the level of care for our two children.

We’ve been with ITFDC for three years now, and we have a wonderful provider for our two girls. I get detailed reports from the home visits from ITFDC staff, which is great reassurance to know that everything in our provider’s home is up to code. I would recommend ITFDC to anyone who’s looking for an in-home daycare provider, but also likes the idea of standard rates, insurance, etc.
