I came into the store around the holidays just to browse. The staff was amazing and super helpful. While I was there I entered into their Color Bar party raffle. To my surprise I won! So got my girls together for the event of course! We walked in early and were greeted with big smiles from all the reps. Things are looking good. They were still setting up and we didn’t mind browsing the store. When it was time to start, they gracious offered us drinks and sweets to start the night with. Then walked us through the process of designing our own jewelry pieces with these HUGE touch screens on the walls. The options are endless — rings, bracelets, earrings. You name it and a million combinations can be done. It couldn’t be simpler! Seven girls began running around like kids in the candy store. Our reps were still smiling and super helpful. We weren’t the easiest bunch to deal with I’m sure. We tried on pretty much everything and couldn’t decide on anything. The reps really helped us pick out beautiful pieces and offered a lot of advice on stone options and even telling us what customers have done to spark ideas. They were so knowledgeable and easy to work with. I didn’t feel like they were looking down on me because I didn’t know the difference between the stones. We had an amazing time and will be back soon! I can’t rave enough about this location. I come in often and each time I’m greeted warmly and everyone has been so helpful. Wonderful store with amazing staff.

Had a wonderful experience at Kendra Scott Mosaic. I ordered a bracelet online after trying a similar one in store. I wanted to view more colors online and should have bought from the store because the bracelet I received had a sharp pointed stone, which is the design but I hated it. I read the return policy for online returns and only came in to see other styles to make sure I ordered the right one. But they were able to make an exchange in store. I didn’t have the receipt on hand just the bracelet in original packaging, unworn. I tried several bracelets and the girls were nice enough to bring me several from the back of the same style I liked, to pick between the variations of the natural stones. They went above and beyond to make me happy even though it was not a big sale for them, since I only had to pay a small difference in price. The previous week, I came in looking for a secret santa gift after browsing online. I was very particular with what I wanted as a gift and honestly probably annoyed the sales girls but they still tried to be as accommodating as possible. I ended up going with a different and better item that I found just browsing in store. As for the awful race card review on here. I imagine the sales girls were distracted when she walked in. I work in retail and yes, we miss greeting our guests too at times. I’ve met girls of different races here and I’m Hispanic. I never felt any prejudice when walking in looking a total reck most times, messy purple hair, no makeup ever, in workout clothes and sometimes sweaty after a yoga class! I imagine that I don’t look like their target audience but they treat me great every time. Moral of the story, stop shopping online! The photos are poor and in store is the real deal with wonderful help.

Blatant racist sale people here. Walked in and no one greeted and next couple walked in were greeted! Will not be getting my business ever and a shame because I love jewelry! Do me a favor and get your sales people some training!

My initial misconception was that Kendra Scott would be «expensive» and carry only trendy fashion jewlery. I thought to myself, how can Mosaic District support more than one fashion jewelry shop(Alex and Ani)? I also wasn’t if the quality of jewelry would meet my expectations(or at least not turn my earring holes green). I am happy to report, the jewelry is very high quality and the styles range from classic to trendy. Kendra Scott fits a niche somewhere between Pandora and an Alex and Ani. Unlike Pandora and Alex and Ani which play to the sentimental side, it is a place where women shop for themselves and/or other women. Of course, a man is welcomed to shop Kendra Scott, but the jewelry is more fashion and function rather than sentiment. The«customized» nature of this jewelry store lends itself nicely to «a need» whether it be a particular event, outfit or pairing a set(who hasn’t lost an earring to a matched set with necklace and hoped to recreate the earrings as close as possible). At the back of the store flanking each side of the«Color Bar», there are two large touchscreen LEDs to walk you through customization of your jewelry: –Step 1: Choose jewelry type(necklace, earrings, bracelet or ring), then choose your style –Step 2: Choose your metal(rose gold, white gold, silver, etc.) –Step 3: Choose your gem(there are both man-made and natural but no precious gems –Step 4: Your itemized list along with the price Once your have your itemized list(or know which design), one of the sales associates at the Color Bar will assemble the jewelry(feel free to watch and chat). The sales associate gave me three different quartz rose stone choices since it is a natural stone there is variation in the color and striation. The assembly process took no more than 10 minutes in my case(one necklaced and one pair of earrings). The sales associates were remarkably well trained for Grand Opening week! They are willing to provide suggestions and guidance(understanding not all women want complete creative authority) and inspiration is all around you by way of completed pieces. At checkout, a scanner is used to itemize the jewelry against a barcodes in a three-ring binder. The jewelry was placed into a silk-like pouch for transport(the packaging matches the store décor). Kendra Scott will stay the duration in Mosaic District due to the range of styles, the price point and the quality of jewelry. I went with four stars as my expectations were more than met(it isn’t as expensive as the tall ceilings and glass lighting would suggest and there are enough styles to hit a range of taste and occasion). They have the potential to move to 5-star with brand shaping and partnering within Mosaic District(the storefront and large glass light fixtures say«expensive» which equates to unapproachable).
