McDonald’s

I ordered a #2, no meat at 2:45 pm yesterday through the drive-​thru. I squeezed the sandwiches as I drove away because all McDonald’s have been known to mess up and put meat on. After I got to my destination, I realized there was no cheese. I was starving. Totally my fault for not eating all day. But, I wasn’t going to eat just bread! I called and spoke to the manager and told her I’d be back in an hour. Upon my return, 3 people were inside in front of me. There were four employees and we’re obviously understaffed. The manager was in the back making all of the sandwiches by herself. One guy on drive thru. One slow cashier with no sense of urgency. One lady taking drive thru orders, pouring drinks and making fries. It took forever to get my order! It was a totally unacceptable amount of time and because fry girl was busy, the fries weren’t pulled in time and so they were served totally over cooked. Awful experience. Not going back to this location.

My 4 year old, 23-​week pregnant wife, and myself all ordered breakfast here this morning. We all had hash browns with our meals (I didn’t want mine so I gave it to my wife), they both had the egg mcmuffin, and I had the ultimate platter. Out of the 3 of us, the only one that did NOT eat a hash brown is NOT sick. Coincidence? No. This place gave my family horrible food poisoning today. My wife was throwing up ALL DAY after eating that hash brown, and my 4-​year old just threw up all over his bed. Guess what was in his vomit… the hash brown! If you value your gut and clothing, DO NOT BUY HERE. There are plenty of McDonald’s around every city, it’s a franchise after all. Perhaps this manager just doesn’t know what they’re doing. Once more, «all ye who enter beware, here there be food poisoning».

One of the slowest McDonald’s I’ve ever been to in my life. It’s called fast food for a reason. I don’t think we should have waited 15 minutes for our french fries, mcflurries, and iced coffee. They also gave us half of our food and forgot the rest of it so we had to go remind them that we still had food we were waiting for.
I was looking around and they’re probably slow because they were understaffed… Two of the staff members were on their break (from what it looked like) so they were just sitting inside the restaurant talking to each other. Please hire more people so service is faster.

I went through the drive-​through and ordered. They got everything correct in a timely fashion.

I’ve been coming to this McDonalds for the past 20+ years and it’s only been this year that I’ve noticed there lack in quality of service.
There isn’t much to say, but that they’ve got my order wrong for the past 5 – 6 times I’ve been there… in a row…
No cheese… they put cheese
m&m Mcflurry… they give me an Oreo
Order a few meals… they forget to give me fries
