Pizza Hut

It’s now closed. That shows you just how bad the pizza was, how can that be???

THEY CLOSED!!! I’m sad because I would go here for pizza. It was close and my kids loved it

I ordered Chicken Wings and holy shit! The chicken was so hard I had a hard time chewing on it. The sauce wasnt enough as well on the chicken. The guy behind the counter is slow as snail.

I would totally give zero stars if I could. My experience here was HORRIBLE. So I offered to go pick up my little old almost 80 year old mother a pizza up (carry out) knowing it would be something she would enjoy. I am not a pizza eater and ordered wings as well. Steven rang me up and I paid not thinking about the amount. When I looked at the receipt I noticed that my receipt was wrong and he charged me for two pizzas. First I addressed another employee since Steven was busy waiting tables at that moment. He told me to wait for Steven and starts whining about how hard it is to change over shifts at 5 PM. Steven comes back and acts like it is my fault and I acts like I ordered two pizzas. He can’t figure out how to void the receipt and re-​ring it. nor does he get a manager to ask. He tried to give me cash back for the pizza and wants to give me the price for the pizza minus tax. When I ask him about tax he says he doesn’t know how to figure that out and asks me how to. At this point I had been waiting far to long and told them to give me the extra pizza… which probably won’t get eaten as it will go to waste faster than my mother could eat it… and I don’t pizza because I have this weird hang up and don’t like cheese… I know not very American of me is it? How many people do you know who don’t pizza?
So at this point after I drive away but then realize I3 am mad I didn’t talk to a manager so I call back and was put on hold right away for over 6 minutes when I finally hung up. I called back and hour and half later and finally got to talk to John the manager. He didn’t seem to care… so I won’t be back again… EVER…NEVER… IF you decide to risk it and go before you pay with a credit card you better make sure that your order is correct.
Oh and the wings… they totally sucked.

I used to work for this establishment and I can say with the utmost honesty– Do not eat here. At the beginning in house management was excellent and upper was the worst possible. I was locked in the freezer by a shift manager for 22 minutes at a steady 2 degrees tempature– upper management pushed under the rug. I eventually left after multiple incidents with the same manager (stealing customer money by intentionally over charging on tips, stealing food and privileges –blaming on others), upper management still has done nothing. until recently he was terminated i believe (5 months over due). Customer service is a mediocre, it comes down to who is there and it’s more of a child’s sandbox than anything. The food is in the freezer for up to 5 weeks before use (including the pizza dough). Butter comes out of a lysol shaped spray can. If you buy pizza or anything for that matter; it’s a luxury to speak to someone respectful out of the 12 or so employees 3 – 4 are very nice. Tina is an excellent waitress during the buffet hours. The general manager is decently nice 5% of the time; hires people he knows personally usually leading to the same level courtesy… next to none. the employees can be very loud… sometimes louder then the actual guests.
Bottom line– beware.

I had a bit of nostalgia and wanted to dine in an actual Pizza Hut restaurant so I drove here with my two kids. It’s about 15 miles away so not that bad but when we got there, a hand written sign was posted that no dine-​ins due to lack of staff. My kids asked me why when they can see people inside through the window so decided to go in and see for myself. The place was half full and asked the person at the register about the sign and she directed me to the manager (assumed anyway — person in charge). He said as if telling a joke that he didnt have enough people as wait staff. There’s definitely enough to support pickup and delivery apparently but not to bring pizza and drinks to the table. I was eager to spend my money elsewhere as there are plenty of dining choices such as Outback and Angie’s Restaurant (which reminds me of a NY Greek diner).

Coming to this Pizza Hut was like traveling in a time machine. It is exactly like Pizza Huts where I dined in the 1970s. Little has changed in terms of the décor or menu. It is predictable therefore, but satisfied my search for a simple personal pizza and salad. It will not appeal to pizza epicures. But for a simple and inexpensive meal it was fine. The classic salad bar is from the 1970s as well. I had a Personal Pan Pizza that could have done with more ingredients. But the pizza itself was fine. I’d try a Specialty Pizza on another visit. Service was very friendly.

We always order from this Pizza Hut. We have never had any problems. Our pizza always tastes delicious. It is a lot cheaper if you do take out. And delivery normally takes about 45 minutes. I have never eaten inside of the restaurant. But customer service is always friendly over the phone and friendly delivery men.
Also we tried ordering from my iPhone and the app said that this particular store was closed, not sure what the deal is with that.

My family stopped by this Pizza Hut on the way to dropping off my daughter at George Mason University. Since this was the holiday season they were very few cars in the parking lot and only one other family in the restaurant. We ordered off the menu and the pizza was very good. Service was friendly pizza was hot, however when going to the restroom I was disturbed to find that the bathroom toilets and urinals had not been cleaned in a very long time. If I would’ve gone to the bathroom first we would not have eaten there.

Sslad bar sucks ass. Iceberg lettuce, no blue cheese dressing, really bare essential salad bar. I know, you dont go to pizza hut for salad, got pan pizza, and not thrilled, crust was sub par, rest of pizza nothing to write home about. I would avoid this place.

The low rating for this is mostly for the unclean nature of the facility. Paint on windows was peelling, and horizontal surfaces, such as the sills had not been cleaned in quite a long time. I saw grease and food particles everywhere on it. But, I jump ahead in my story here.
The restaurant was almost empty upon arrival. There was a sign indicating Wait to Be Seated. The hostess approached us in a very friendly manner and asked us if we were there for the buffet. I said that I wasn’t sure and my companion mentioned that he might be. She informed us of the cost. She then said, «And what can I get you to drink?» Mind you, this is as we were standing in the doorway still. I asked for a table, and she said that we could pretty much sit anywhere. So we walked towards a booth and she followed. We sat down, and then she again mentioned the buffet.
We had walked by the buffet on our way to the table. There were bits and pieces of what clearly appeared to be dried out and overcooked pizza. Very little was on the table. It did not look appealing in any manner.
So she explains how to use the buffet, and I asked her if I could have a menu since there was NO WAY I was going to pay upwards of ten dollars for what we saw up there. She looked at me strangely and I wondered if I should not just leave at that point because the transaction was so strange.
She brought us the menus, and to be sure we asked if we could order out of them. She indicated that we could. She took our order of two medium pizzas. One of them was Pepperoni Lovers Pan — I have been getting those for years and years, so I knew what to expect. I also ordered another item on top. She indicated that we would have to wait around fifteen minutes for them to make it and we told her it was fine.
Our pizzas came out timely and looked very presentable. The crust for the pan pizza was rather thin, but tasted very good and was crispy and not over (or under) cooked. The sauce seemed watery and had little to no flavor. This was def not a Pepperoni Lovers, this was just a regular pizza, and there was nothing spectacular about it. Definatly felt like they were being cheap on it.
So, since the sauce was thin and had no flavor I went to salt it. OMG, the salt shaker had other peoples goop on it, and inside there were black and red flakes of something disgusting looking. As I looked at the Parmesan Cheese dispenser, it too had not been cleaned for a long time.
I then started looking around at the peeling paint on the window sills which were covered in dirt and had not been cleaned for a very long time. The more I looked, the more unclean and unhygienic I found the facility to be. I decided to stop looking because it was grossing me out.
The waitress never ever came back to us, checked on us, or refilled our drinks until she presented us with the bill. I was overcharged for one of the toppings I did not order. I went up to pay the bill, and we were able to pay quickly, and they took off the extra fee.
Overall it wasn’t a horrible experience, but mainly based on cleanliness I would not return nor would I recommend to friends. I’ve had better Pizza Hut from delivery from a different location.

I usually order Papa John’s or Dominos until I decided to try Pizza Hut for a change, and I regret it. First of all, the delivery order was missing a FREE 2 liter Pepsi Max and the restaurant did not offer to re-​deliver it the same day even though I told them I had guests over and need the drinks.
The Big Italy Pizza was by far the worst pizza experience I’ve ever had in my life (and I lived in 5 different countries). The edges were burnt, the crust in the middle was ridiculously thin, sauce too salty and undercooked, and the toppings quantity was a joke!
I filed a complaint to issue a refund. I am NEVER ordering pizza hut again.

Always fresh, not from a can! This Pizza Hut is owned and operated by a very nice family that will greet you at the door and take your order with a smile. They offer enough space to enjoy your dinning experience and keep the good stuff on the salad bar (again — no canned olives or other nonsense).
I have eaten in and had great service that even catered to my little one’s belief that he is the head of the man of the table (even though he is too young to speak). It was cute to watch her entertain my guy by taking his nonsensical order and saying «Right away, Sir.» She was tipped well.
The delivery is quick and out even in the blizzards of this winter, that wasn’t me but I saw the delivery car pass my window.
If I want pizza, I will only go one of two places and this is one of them.
