I am even hesitating to give a one star to this doctor, her office manager (who is one of the doctor’s wife) & her entire office. Unfortunately, the negative attitude of the doctor and office manager reflects in their nurses and even the front desk crew which makes the entire office a disaster of care, lack of professionalism & patient respect in a medical field. I would have felt extremely guilty for not sharing my awful uncaring and unrealistic experience to help even one patient from visiting this doctor & this office.
I never go to a doctor without a research, & I didn’t pick this doctor, unfortunately, I met her while I was in the hospital… she started me on a 14days high dose anti-​infection IV… after the 10^th day, even though my blood work came negative she insisted to continue the IV (which was given by medical professionals causing 1000s of dollars) till she has time to see me in person (which was about 10days later, therefore 10 more additional IV infusion). She refused to let me see another doctor in her group even though he (Dr. Paul) had open time that day. I refused her stingy selfish order, went to another doctor the next day, got my 14 days high dose IV stopped on time & saved not only my LIVER from overdosing with unnecessary IV medication but my entire health & money.
It is unfortunate for people who has a lot less information in medical field and feel they have no saying in their treatments… and getting abused by abusive, aggressive, stubborn doctors such as Soni. Please save yourself money, time, dignity and self-​respect and Remember you have a Choice to make, the doctor suppose to work for you and your money not the other way around…
