Friendly service, good selection of affordable knock-​off cases, overpriced tempered glass ‘option’ that the salesman really pushes — sells/​installs for 19.99 a product that is easily 8 bucks from Amazon for a 2-​pack. He installed tempered glass for a young lady before upselling me on it — but used the same cleaning wipe and chamois from her purchase to ‘clean’ my iPhone 6s plus screen as well. Installation was mostly centered (pretty good actually) aside from him getting a piece of lint stuck at the top near the earhole towards the screen, about a cm. long, fine, but annoying. Paid $ 36 out the door cash for the case and tempered glass. Insist that he clean the screen thoroughly and use the new product that comes w/​the glass — and get that price knocked down if possible or pass. I didn’t do my homework prior and needed protection for my phone.

I have a cousin that works here, and she looked bored out of her mind today. The least I could do is say hi while she’s working! I was in desperate need for a new cellphone case for my iPhone 4s. My cousin Sheryl did a good job hooking a sister up. She was attentive and fulfilled all the needs of good customer service. She wasn’t pushy with me picking out which cellphone case I want as well as her other co-​worker. She also made some suggestions which cellphone case would be good for a semi-​clumsy person like myself. Overall, there’s a good selection of cases to choose from if you have a smart phone. However, I wouldn’t recommend their cellphone cases for the super clumsy person that drops their phone a good 99% of the time. An Otterbox would be recommended at a different store.
