The manager/​lead person is always so rude and curt. She also lies about the wait-​time consistently. The nail techs themselves are very good, but the «welcome» and dishonesty at the door makes it a pretty unappealing place to revisit.

Went for a mani pedi. Horrible job on both. On the pedi nails were filed uneven and short on one foot and longer on the other. As far as the mani goes, it was a gel French and the person doing the nails (a manager no less) never asked what shape… filed them square, I don’t like square and when I told her that she responded with «it’s too late»! Never pushed back the cuticles, the nails are filed uneven and felt very rushed! Too many other great places to go for a mani pedi… I won’t be going back there.

I’ve been going to Cleopatras since 2003, when I needed to go for a manicure as I was a bridesmaid in a friend’s wedding. Ever since then, the business has changed hands a number of times, plus underwent a interior renovation a few years ago (which meant I find to find another place to get my nails done in the meantime). Overall my experiences have been very good, I’m straightforward on what I need to have done, and very specific.
Great selection of nail polish (OPI and Essie) but you can bring your own if you want.
I’m not fussy on who does my nails but I do have a few favorites that if they are available, I’m pleased because I know they’ll do a terrific job. I’ve also had eyebrow waxes done and I’ve been happy with the results.
From the outset, Cleopatras is clean, hygienic, and just from observing, the tubs that are for pedicures are cleaned before a new customer arrives.
Best to call ahead for an appointment, though walk-​in appointments are accepted, just be prepared to wait, especially if it’s a busy day.

I tried L&G nails across the street and was not impressed so I decided to try this salon. The salon is impeccably clean, modern and inviting. They really go over and above here and exceeded my expectations. My nail tech was extremely nice and provided great customer service. When I couldn’t decide on a shellac color, she offered to test a few different colors on my nails so I could pick. Her attention to detail during the manicure was evident and resulted in a perfect shellac mani. They also do provide great back massages. I’ll definitely be back

Terrible — got a fungus on my toe nail from here. Also they lie on the phone if you make an appt with requested person. Tell you one thing and then get there and then find out they haven’t been there for a few weeks. Not cool. Don’t go. Posh is much much better!

Have to say something positive about this place, only because on Mother’s day I went to this location for the fourth time with my mother-​in-​law and they aren’t the friendliest but this time I had one lady, who stated she was the owner (wasn’t dressed in uniform) and proceeded to do my nails. She was very nice and attentive and was quite helpful and informative when I inquired about the facial products in her case and facial services. She took the time to explain what they do and how it would help my face with the bad acne spots. I could have just gone online and purchased those items at a lower cost, but due to her not being snarky like the rest of the staff, I told her I would take the items she recommended.
These 4 stars are for you, the lady owner for taking time to recommend products that I now use daily and have radically improved my skin. I get compliments all the time now that my face looks clear and glowing.

I can count on a decent pedicure, I can count on good eyebrows and I can count on a clean, professional atmosphere. I don’t think the staff treats the clients well though. I find some of the staff rude and I don’t feel welcome. I like to relax when I get a pedicure and I don’t at Cleopatra. I prefer Kiki across town.

5 stars for clean, comfortable and pretty interior.
You get what you pay for. Yes, they are more expensive, but everyone is friendly and professional. You are best to make an appointment or call ahead, that seems to be the respectful thing to do. Not necessary, but well, recommended.
The place is huge and they are a really clean operation. This means a lot to me and I thought people might appreciate this more, but I guess some folks would rather pay less and take risks with tools, equipment and wax. Not me. Use as many of those little wooden wax sticks as possible.

I have been to this salon many times over the past 4 years, since it is convenient for me, and seems very clean and the owner and workers are very fast to take care of you. Well, today was my final visit (now, I have had 2 b-​day parties here for my daughter so, dear reader, one would THINK that after all that I would be consistently happy with this place)

Well today the fellow that did my pedicure was sooo busy joking around (of course in a foreign language which is a bit unnerving) with his fellow workers, smirking, being silly (hey it’s a Saturday and I get that, but hey, I am paying you to be a PROFESSIONAL, my friend!) — that I walked out of there, after paying CASH and tipping well for both my pedi and my daughter and her friend’s manicure, to getting home and looking closer and. HORRORS!!! My 10 year old daughter could have done a better job. My feet look like Freddy Kruger from «Halloween» went to work on them — ok not with a chainsaw, but you get the picture.
I called the owner just to tell her that I was unhappy and would not be back. Unfortunately, I paid in cash this time.
I should have listened to my daughter’s friend who said «can we go to POSH?» and then, when I dropped her off, her mother said «hey did you go to POSH?»
Well, that’s next on my list!
So – skip this place and go somewhere else. By the way, they are NOT cheap either at Cleopatra so shame, shame!
