Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me. I returned to this place because it’s in my neighborhood and I wanted it to succeed. However, I won’t return after having their coupon rejected for the second time. Both times, I was told it had expired. There is always an active coupon out for this place. Their prices are very high so you would need a coupon to bring them to a competitive rate. I was charged $ 80 for a gel French manicure and a basic pedicure. The very young girl that took care of me did a poor job of trimming my cuticles– knicked my skin several times which hurt. Callous removal (for which I was charged $ 10 extra) was poor. She did not put my fingers in a bowl to soak prior to my manicure. My gel manicure is peeling off after one week. I usually get at least 2 weeks wear. I will not return here.

Really bad manicure. My cuticle started bleeding and wouldn’t stop. After a solid attempt of stoping it with their solution, she gave up and painted blood with the nail polish… The manicure in general was busted but that was messed up. I told them I wanted to come back the next day to pay and have it fixed but they made me pay on the spot. The only positive of my experience was that the man gave me a killer massage throughout it all. Not going back there again unless I’m getting a massage. Don’t use the dark purple Essie polish because it’s contaminated

Very clean, relaxing, airy, nice deco. Did a silk nail extension– with gel color– $ 79.89. lady/girl who helped me was very impatient as I inquired about the difference between gel UV etc. was slightly friendly towards the end and gave me a nice hand massage. I’d return other than the fact that it’s pricy.

The place was clean and tidy. I really liked that! The chairs and décor was brand-new and very nice! I didn’t love my experience though. I felt kind of rushed despite being the only customer in the whole salon. When I asked for a gel manicure they kept trying to convince me to get gel tips which cost $ 75. The original color I picked was super late and when I asked to do an extra coat they seemed annoyed. My nails came out nice but not my favorite place.

I’ve been looking for a new nail salon as I’ve just moved to CT. I got home from work and Unilocaled a salon under filter «open now» most said they were closing in 17 but this place had 47 min until close so I called and asked if there was time enough for me. They said yes. I realized upon arriving it’s next door to my gym, the edge. Score :) I’m already thinking this will be my new nail salon (hopefully) I walk in and it’s very clean and spacious– not packed together like some nail salons can (frustratingly) be. Floating crystal room divider, chandelier light fixtures, recessed lighting, comfortable waiting area, organized polishes. Someone really takes pride In this place and it shows. I’m definitely coming back.

I have been to MANY nail salons in Fairfield and this one is hands down my favorite! They are clean and the staff is great. They don’t try to push you into purchasing services that you didn’t ask for. The only thing I was a bit puzzled by is that they do not offer acrylic nail services. Overall, great place and great service!

Hands down my favorite nail salon in Fairfield, and I’ve tried them all! It’s new, big and clean and is similar to Posh on the inside. The staff are friendly and in the two times that I’ve been there, I’ve had amazing mani/pedis. I have never been rushed, unlike many salons in town. The shoulder massage while your nails dry is unbelievable. Overall a very impressive salon!
