I have been a customer here for the past couple year, there have always been disappointment but i tend to just ignore it. It is the closes noodle/phở place to me so I do run here to grab some food when im to tired too cook. Today around noon I brought my in laws in to eat and this is about the worst experience ever and I would no longer return now. They were replacing their fridge in the kitchen and they did this during open hours which shouldve been done when the restaurant is close, they have half there table and chairs bundled up together in one area but because my in laws were in a rush to get home and on a time set so we decided to sit down and order. The girl took forever to take orders, and than made my mil drink horribly, she wanted a ice mocha with boba to go and unfortunately when the girl brought the drink(which she wasnt suppose to until we were going to go) to the table my mil drink had big huge ice that was not crush throughly and no boba(my mil ignored and went on with her water instead) Our phở finally arrived and they only had one strand of basil and we had 3 bowl of phở, i asked the waitress for more basil she mentioned there isnt anymore SMH. My mil than asked me to ask the waitress for chili garlic oil pepper and when i asked the waitress she pointed to the counter, I got up and they only had 3 cup of chili garlic oil on the counter… one of them had a bug stuck onto the chili oil can with the little feets still moving trying to escape. 2nd chili oil can looked like it was molded all inside because and it was so sticky I couldnt open the lid. 3rd can was a little bit better but still very sticky around the can, I told the waitress if they had newer or fresher chili oil because all there oil is really really dirty and this is her answer. «NO, this all we have». Sadly these she didnt bother to remove the chili oil pepper so I feel bad for whoever came ate next. And while all this happen there was only another llady by herself eating at the restaurant along with me and my in laws. And than a couple came in afterward when we paided our bills and was packing up to leave. Worst dinner ever. Is it possible to give negative stars.

This place is always good. I always order the Wonton Soup my favorite. I love out in the bay so I come here only once in a blue moon. Their boba drinks are pretty good too!

Love this place! We go here to eat soup on days when it’s raining and when we are coming down with a sickness. Soup is always the best thing to have:)

Gave it 4 stars because of the staff! Specially because of Kyle such a sweet guy. He took the time to find out the likes and dislikes of my boyfriend and I. We were first timers and he recommended things based on what he told us !

My husband and I eat here every weekend. We love it! Did you m ow you can ask for broccoli and carrots in all your bowls?! Their chicken is also the cleanest chicken I’ve ever had at a phở place. We get our food really quickly and the waitress always remembers our order. The price is great and the food is too. Highly recommend.

If your looking for Vietnamese phở, DONOT come here. Go to an actual Vietnamese restaurant. I got the bun bo hue, and It didn’t really taste like it. This place is cool because it has different variety of stuff like Chinese food and Vietnamese food. It is really cold in the restaurant so bring a jacket. I didn’t like this place at all. I’ll probably go somewhere else.

My son and I ordered soup and tapioca drinks. The soup was flavorless, and I’m pretty sure they gave us the wrong broth. Also, the tapioca balls at the bottom of our drinks were mushy, and the flavors of the drink were way off. The restaurant itself also was clean. So personally, I won’t be going back there.

I’ve come here twice in the past few months after passing by a million times to get to work. Everytime I pass by, the place appears to get emptier and emptier and I can see why. The interior is absolutely dreadful. There are tacky unprofessional looking pictures of the food lining all the walls. A lot of them look like 2003 digital camera quality. One thing that baffled me was a table that was surrounded by chairs which is usually reserved for solo diners, however, the table had a bunch of stuff on top of it, making it a waste of space. The service here isnt terrible but it isn’t anything special either. The waitress wasnt very personable and was very quiet, never smiling once. The food itself is okay. It comes out quick and the portions are big but the taste can come off as a little bit bland, especially the broth in the seafood phở I ordered. One thing I would never recommend is the boba. It is made extremely sweet to the point where I swear I developed cavities. Would I come back here? Maybe, if only for a quick meal.

Cleanliness: Once in a while you run into a restaurant that is not the cleanest, but the food is delicious. This is not the case. This restaurant was disgusting. The walls, the chairs, the tables, literally everything in that establishment was dirty. Carpet does not look like it has been cleaned in ages. The legs of the chairs are black from the dirt. We look out the window and what do we see? Someone had evacuated their bowels on the side of one of the pillars outside(i know it’s not the restaurants fault but it was still disturbing). Service: The service was terrible. The waitress that took our order was not at all personable. There were only three tables(including ours) there at the time so I know it’s not because she was overwhelmed. We walked in and she was busy so we seated ourselves, not a big deal, but it took her forever to bring us menus. Throughout the entire meal she never once checked on us or refilled our waters. There was an older lady running around bringing out food for people but she didn’t know what goes where. For every item brought out she had to yell back to the girl behind the counter to ask where it goes. When we finished our meal we had to ask for the check twice before we got it. Food: the food here is mediocre at best. The spring rolls were no where close to being good. The wrapper was very tough and chewy. They used cheap iceberg lettuce and no other herbs or veggies. We also ordered the vermicelli bowls which was almost comical. Again there was the cheap iceberg lettuce. The eggroll that came in the bowl was more wrapper than anything else. The pork tasted alright, but there were giant hunks of fat throughout. I made the mistake of ordering a Thai tea with boba… it was terrible. The Thai tea tasted like the stuff you get out of a can. As far as the boba… it was like they put pebbles in my cup instead. The boba was not at all chewy, it was hard and I literally left the entire cup as is. She asked if I wanted a to go cup and I had to laugh. So overall it was a terrible experience. There are better options as far as Vietnamese food here in Fairfield. My suggestion is go anywhere else.

Pros: Nice staff, good food, large portions, consistent good quality Cons: Staff can be a bit quiet or hard to understand(unless you’re a regular and then they know your order: D), not the best looking on the inside

The first time I ate here the food was mediocre, so I decided to give it one more shot. Long story short, I should’ve cut my losses and not returned. There was absolutely no one in there, which isn’t a good sign, but I thought that maybe I just happened to arrive between busy feeding times. I ordered the chicken phở, which is a very basic and hard-to-screw-up Vietnamese dish. The broth was terrible and far worse than anything you’d buy in the Asian section of a cheap grocery store. The chicken tasted old and I kept thinking«I wish I would’ve drove the extra 2 miles to Phở Saigon #1 in Fairfield.»

Subpar, smile waitress, place has limited seating. same décor for over 12 year. Looks like someone’s room at home, food doesn’t look and taste fresh. I don’t think I’ll return

Terrible!!! 1. Our waitress was eating the ENTIRE time we were there. And she was chewing as she took our order. 2. Floors were dirty! At least a night or two of not cleaning. 3. I spilled my drink and she was too busy pigging out and being on her phone to notice and when she finally came around I had already cleaned 95% of it. She didn’t offer to help or ask if I was okay, all she did was hold out the plate I had my mess gathered on and wait for me to clean it. 4. She disappeared in the kitchen for 8 minutes. 5. She never asked if we wanted refills. We tried to ask for them but she ignored us. 6. The food was sub par not worth the $ 28 for a soup and fried rice. My boyfriend and I will never return here and I’ll tell everyone I know to stay away.

The service was terrible. The short waitress always had a scowl on her face the whole time we were there. The food was ok but my wife got a stomach ache and didn’t even finish a ¼ of her lunch. My kids ate their soup and said it was ok. The older gentlemen working there was nicer though and more helpful than that waitress.

I’ve come here twice in the last couple of months and received the same results(possibly thinking the first negative experience was a fluke). Overall the restaurant is dirty. There are a tables used for employees personal use and are covered with bags or food. The tables that are used for customers and menus are sticky There is gunk on the walls that probably have been there for years. The carpet is atrocious and disgusting! If you can look past all the dirtiness and disgustingness, the food is actually decent. I normally get the vermicelli noodles, but today I had a BIGHAIR in my food. GROSS! I did ask they return it to the kitchen and get me a new one, but my replacement meal arrived suspiciously quickly. Judging from the yuckiness of the restaurant makes me question the health standards of the kitchen. If you’re looking for a cheap meal where you can get in and out quickly, this place would be a good option. I’ll probably stick to the phở place on N. Texas from now on!

I understand why this place has gotten bad reviews, but being a regular I have come to love this place!(As mentioned by others) The younger shorter waitress seemed rude to me the first time my man took me there, even the second and maybe the third. However, after the first few times she was excited to see us and already knew what we were going to order and now even jokes with us. I honestly think it’s just the language barrier and her mannerism. I realized she talks like that ALL the time. In her defense she does her job and gets everything you ask for. Become a regular and you get small chat. Just like anywhere else. Why I love this place: The food is great! I eat at a lot of phở places and I really love their phở. GREAT tasting Broth. Some people say bland but it’s just based on your taste buds. I love adding lots of sriracha to my broth and when the broth is too salty like at other places, its too much. It doesn’t end there! If you’re not up for phở that day, by far their pork chops with garlic rice is the best! I’ve tried it at other places and nothing compares! A must try! It’s fantastic. Taro Boba, is what I usually get at the end of my meal. Again, preference. I love theirs! I hate when drinks are too sweet so theirs is pretty good to me, cause it’s not. Everything comes out fast and quick! Like I said, when you become a regular you’ll get used to the employees and they are all very nice. They will probably ask you how your kids or family are doing(small talk.) :)

Went here on Friday night after the gym. We thought it closed at 10pm but getting there at 9:21pm we find out they close at 9:30pm. The owner was seated having dinner & welcomed us in so we oblige :) That was nice of her. She had her daughter give us our menu, soooo freakin’ adorable! A waitress in the making, lol. I ordered a small Phở Ga. It tasted good & hit the spot since I was craving. They had lemon instead of lime to put in your soup. I also tried my cousin’s Fried Fish Cakes & it was yummy. Guess another phở place had Crab Cakes & they’re «better.» The waitress was somewhat rude but I wasn’t about to have her ruin my Friday night. She just sat & watched us eat, like a hawk. NOJOKE, lol. If the owner stayed I’m sure her attitude would’ve been different. I am just sayin’
