I’ve been taking my cars to Norm’s for years. I’ve always been treated with courtesy and respect. They are very honest with their work and will not do unnecessary work just to charge the customer. I brought my car in for a tune-​up, and Norm called me to let me know that it wasn’t time for a tune-​up yet. So, they only did an interval service and saved me money in the process. Highly recommended!

Seeing how i cant give a rating of 0 stars, one will have to do. This place is horrible. They jacked my car up and when i tried to get them fix it they refused and said they didn’t do. Well if you know about cars, you know the manifold goes into the head, well i had a bolt snap off into the head. Now i have a vette motor in the car which means i have aluminum heads. Well they completely screwed up the drilling and tapping of the aluminum head and instead of repairing the head correctly with helicoil, they just left the gigantic hole and shaved the manifold and use a different bolt hole in the head. When i had another shop look at the problem they showed me what they did. here are some pictures of their surgery.
Well after months of fighting the $ 2000 repair bill it took me to fix their mistake i sued them in small claims court. They knew they were wrong and didn’t even show up and just sent me check after the judgment. I’d avoid this place like the plague and I’ve been preaching this ever since that day.
