Costumer service is great and food comes out swiftly. Never really had an issue with them! Always tasty!

This Wendy’s makes Wendy’s look bad. How are you going to advertise a promotion and then NOT HAVE IT! Seriously?! WTH? Not the first time either. And the way they come at you is rude. Are you Ready? No I’m sitting in your drive thru for fun. Never going here again. I’ll drive to Green Valley if I want Wendy’s.

Extremely slow for a simple order. Tables were dirty. Nothing on them. No salt n pepper. No flowers like usual. The girl at the front was short tempered. Acted like she didn’t want to be here.

food: The fries where awesome. I got the new ghost fries real good. They where fresh and hot and the sauce was good.
Chicken sandwich was a little on the dry (old) side… you could tell right away it was not fresh… The bread they used either was over to a red or I don’t know but it seem stale like… wasn’t too impressed with the jalapeño burger… I think if the while burger would have been fresh and maybe the oil they cook the chicken was cleaner (newer) the taste would have been better. it has potential.
Soda, was flat… had to take another sip cuz i thought it was diet ;-(…
Service: She was friendly when taking my oder and was impressed how quickly they got through the 5 cars in front of me… when I got to the window I was greeted with a smile and fast friendly service. 2 star here :-)
Cleanliness: The area around the drive thru looked good… the building landscaping and soroundings could use some remodeling or something… This building looks 16 years older than when I moved here 16 yrs ago…(saying it hasn’t been remodeled or anything in 16 years) IF Mc donalds can get an upgrade and it’s down the street then Wendy’s should too… star here because they are doing good for what they have to work for
Finally they get a star for over all service… they are good not great but good… wish someone that works here would read this review and work on the food part of this but I highly doubt anyone from Wendy’s reads these…

Ghetto location, but the staff are super nice! I must admit, Wendy’s salads are the best I’ve ever had at any fast food chain! Try the Apple Chicken Pecan salad… really delicious!

Girl at front window is so rude every time I come here she is very short tempered and extremely inconvenienced by my order. I don’t know why they keep her around the window dealing with the public. She is certainly in need of training on customer service.

Check your order, eat your junk fast food well. The triple here is just plain awesome, filling, and tastier for any fast food place nearby. Beats all competition for flavor, heat, freshness, speed. A long line on a Saturday night took only 15 minutes to get up, another 5 to get my food. And it was hot and delicious. Fresh lettuce, fresh tomatoes, fresh onions, beats pre packed nuked and double microwaved meats, Wendy’s will always top my beat for a fast food kick, under the famous and superbly rich in sodium In-​N-​Out I want my chain food atleast once a month!

This is worst Wendy’s I have eve been to! Stopped in there yesterday, got the pulled pork sandwich, absolutely DISGUSTING! Yuck! It was cold, the «Smokey» sauce was super spicy, and the meat tasted rancid! I sent it back but the second version tasted even worse. I also got an iced coffee. It tasted like mildly coffee flavored water. Gross. I took this back as well. Same thing when I asked for another one. Watered down, no flavor. I actually got sick from what I did consume. DO NOT EAT HERE!

Every time I visit this restaurant, my order isn’t correct. I don’t know why I continue to come here, but when I do, my order is incorrect! One of my friends went to this location and I tried to tell her not to; but she did. And guess what? Her order was incorrect. I remember one night I really wanted a pecan apple chicken salad, but got a Cobb salad instead. I remember numerous times ordering extra cheese. I pay for it but I never get. So today I ordered extra cheese and mayo on the spicy chicken sandwich. Before leaving the drive through, I opened the sandwich, hoping to prove myself wrong. Guess what? No cheese and no mayo… Smh… Incorrect! Where’s the management? F for failure!

These people are so dumb! I went through the drive thro ordered 3 small n 1 medium frosty 3 nuggets n 1 bake potato with sour chives n cheese! You would think I would have ask for a lamb wrapped in a blanket… I had 3 people concern I wanted shredded cheese on my bake potato! Pull to the window pay for the correct order! The chick at the window try’s to give me 4 small frostys… Nope wrong! Then get home after the whole cheese on my bake potato n guess what NO CHEESE!!! Plus a short gray hair on the outer skin of the potato!!! YUCK!!! Really!!! GET IT TOGETHER!!!

Excellent service. Amy that helped us at the counter in the dining room was a riot! She was funny and very helpful!

My Wife and I ate at this Wendy’s around 6:30 pm on November 6^th. My wife ordered a pretzel bun chicken sandwich, and about half way through she bit into a piece of black plastic. She pulled it all the way out of the sandwich and it was about 3.5 «long and double layered. I could not tell what it was from. It looked like something that broke from a bigger piece. I was pretty upset. Corporate probably wont do anything. My thought is to call the health department. Realistically she bit into a poison byproduct. I will never eat at that shit hole again. We still have the piece just for evidence.

Wendy’s and I have a love, hate relationship! Where do I begin?
I was rushing to get ready for work and left my lunch on the counter! Keep in mind I work 45 min to an hour away. All I could think about was, «work be over so I can grab one of those juicy chicken sandwiches with an all natural lemonade.» Yum!
The salad at work is not enough for me.
I love the fact that they stay open late. 1:00 am I believe. I would jump off the freeway and bam! I’m there. The food is always fresh. I’ve always received pleasant service from the employees as well.
The bad! Loading up on calories before bed? Not good.

This place is actually good. The staff are friendly and the food is pretty good too. The only bad thing is that it’s in the ghetto part of the town so prepare for panhandlers outside.

either hit or miss… one day my salad is delish, another day the chicken on it is cold as my frosty.
Then one day I decided to go in instead of my usual drive-​thru… HELLA FLIES SWARMING THE PLACE.
smdh, i just get frosty’s now, hopefully one day a fly is in it so i can sue and get paid.

Good food, short wait. Can’t go wrong with 99cent nuggets
