So good! The food is always wonderful, great service, products you can’t always find, so many great vegan and gluten/​dairy free options. Definitely recommend!

Came here while out of town on a business trip. One of the best sandwiches I’ve ever had. Their pepper rings are to die for. It is really cute inside and the food definitely lives up to expectations. I highly recommend eating there when in Fairmont!

I love their sandwiches! Their lunch meat reminds me of the kind I use to get at the delis in NJ. One of my favorite places to eat.

My boyfriend and I absolutely LOVE everything about this place! I always get the Italian sandwich. There pickles are to die for and they have homemade butter we wanted to try it and it was honestly the best butter I have ever had in my life!
We go here quite a bit and are never disappointed! The staff is always very friendly! One of the best places to eat in Fairmont!

They have the best salad bar in town! Mushroom salad, artichoke salad, pasta salad, mozzarella balls, olives, organic produce!

There are not words to describe how much I LOVE Hermosilla’s Deli. The bread is amazing and they have this huge selection of cheeses to choose. Everything I have had from there has been fantastic! It’s become my favorite place to grab a sandwich when I want one. Also, everyone that works there is so friendly and helpful. If there is something you want to try, they will let you sample it! They have a new golden turkey that I tried! It was out of this world. I highly recommend them!!!

In case you read my first review, please note that I like to give second chances, especially to small businesses. 2^nd Chance? AWESOME!!! They catered our work luncheon and what a wonderful experience! They put together some lovely mixed sandwich platters and chips and even included a delicious vegetarian platter. From order to delivery to presentation to the team, it was all top notch, quality and service. The team was quite impressed! Thanks!!!

Amazing selection of Italian meats and cheese in Fairmont, to where I would recommend people from surrounding areas give this place a try! Definitely one of Fairmont’s finest!

My husband and I love this place! So glad its in Fairmont! It can be a bit pricey if you keep adding stuff, but it’s totally worth it, and we dont have a lot of money! Everything is super fresh and the owners are very nice.
I was pregnant when they actually opened, so I was unfortunate that I couldnt have deli meat without having to warm it up first. So my husband stopped by and let them know it had to be warmed up. They didnt have any heating equipment (like a microwave) so they offered to wrap the meat separate from the sandwich so I could heat it up at home and assemble myself. I love that they helped me out, and solved the problem so I could try their delicious food! I would have missed out otherwise, but they were super helpful to the situation.
Since then I have had my baby and have been there twice in a couple weeks, and their food is always amazing and service is very good! Super nice family always giving us what we need when we ask.
Would recommend this place to anyone who want a fresh sandwich or good deli meat/​cheese! They also have a decent bar for salads or olives and some stuff to take home as well that you dont normally see around Fairmont! Most certainly stop in!

This is a new deli that just opened up in Fairmont. Great meats and cheese from the Amish community. Their sandwiches are great. I had the Italian Deluxe and it was delicious! Come with an appetite though because their sandwiches are HUGE!
