This place is awful, avoid at all costs!!! The owner (Dennis Manning) is completely unhinged and rude. Screamed and swore and called the customer a liar after calling to explain an issue we had with pool opening. They are completely unprofessional and have no customer service skills. They are also not good at opening your pool, they left the water running for 48 hours straight and almost flooded entire yard, pool & house! When we nicely informed him of this error, we were called liars, sworn at and he screamed and said YOU LOSE! then proceeded to swear up and down, and then hung up. I would avoid this place unless you want your pool/​house flooded and then be yelled at by the owner. Terrible experience, get your pool opened by someone competent, who isn’t a crabby old man.

DO NOT use this company. They do not stand by their product. If you have a problem the owner will BLAME you! Today I was screamed at, not allowed to speak, sworn at, called a liar & then hung up on. I was stunned! This guy is horrible. Avoid at all costs! I think he has some form of dementia… definitely anger management issues!!!
