Mike is very friendly and knowledgeable. He was thorough and went over his findings, You get an immediate inspection report with photos. Some realtors want you to use cheap home inspectors who don’t find the things that need to be fixed… just so they can move on with the sale without «obstacles». I rather spend a little bit more for an inspector who actually finds anything that needs attention.

The inspector was on time and very nice. You get a print out of the report as soon as he is done and you get an emailed version. I am very happy with his findings and work.

I was very happy with the service of this company. Mike was very thorough. After he finished the inspection, he had his computer and printer on hand and printed the inspection and went over every single thing with my realtor and I. That was the best part to me. No waiting for a report. you get it right there. He also emailed my agent and myself a copy as well, so I had a printed and electronic copy. Mike was very friendly and very knowledgeable and I would highly recommend him.
We are still waiting on our home inspection for the purchase of our current home… A different company came out a week ago and we have yet to receive the report… that is absurd.
