Dr. Flores is the most amazing & honest orthodontist that I have ever met. Not only did I come to him for my braces but my oldest daughter as well. He definitely knows what he is doing… I couldn’t be happier with how long the treatment has taken and how good my smile looks now. His staff is phenomenal! Love how up to date his office is, super clean environment. I am sure I will be returning with my youngest daughter as well.

Had an appt in the San Marcos office. No one greeted us and eventually the receptionist told us we had the date wrong (We didn’t). Told us we «could wait but who knows how long it’ll be». Very rude. Place is outdated (70s) and not very clean. We will find another Ortho with a more hospitable environment. Braces aren’t cheap. If I’m going to spend $ 8−10k on braces you can at least smile and greet me when I walk in the door. And don’t blame me when you mistyped our appointment.
I can’t imagine going here every few weeks for the next few years!

The reason it got 2 stars is due to the fact that Lynn was pleasant. I cannot respect businesses where you make an appointment and they keep you waiting 20+ minutes after the scheduled appointment. I had an initial consultation at 4:30 for my daughter. She needs braces as we’ve been told by her dentist. We are considering our options as we don’t have dental insurance. So, I took the 4:30 appt because my other child has gymnastics until 5. I was told the appt would run between 30 – 40 min. I thought that would be ok in terms of being there to pick my daughter up from the gym. I got there with plenty of time to fill out the paperwork and such. We got into the 2^nd room at 4:35 and were told the Dr would be in shortly. I reminded her that I had an appt at 4:30 and I have another child to pick up. When 4:50 came around, I knew the appointment would take an additional ½ hr so I chose to leave. Foolish on their part as we have no dental insurance and we have to spend our cash somewhere! It won’t be with Dr. Flores.

Good services, very professional. Had braces through them and my teeth look great! I just wish that they didn’t have so many clients so they really knew you –they do their best to keep it personal by taking notes when you come in and asking you about them on your next visit. It’s interesting. Overall, good service and experience… just be sure that you take care of your teeth while you have your braces or they’ll get on you and you’ll regret it.
