After moving to Fallbrook, I was looking for a reliable and honest place to take my cars for a smog. I came across this business on Unilocal and could not have been happier. Fast and friendly service each time I have come in. Highly recommend.

I hope they read this. You can have the most prettiest, organized, fastest service, most friendly staff in the world but none of it would matter if your two faced in the business just to take peoples hard earned money. Being a Marine most military are not from California but by living here I have to live by Californias rules.

I went in today to get my vehicle smogged and guess what? it didn’t pass.

If It doesn’t pass it doesn’t pass. It is what it is.
WHAT I DO MIND and WHAT IM NOT OK WITH is that they will charge you FULL PRICE whether you do or DO NOT PASS. Charging you 70 $ to FAIL is NOT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Very quick and friendly service. They said 10 — 15 min, they were right on time. Got there a few minutes after 8am, didn’t have to wait for anybody. Had a coupon, $ 45 out the door, cash only. Recommended!

So I dropped in here yesterday for my smog check. I did give them a heads up that I was coming in sometime around 3 or 4 pm, but we made no formal appointment. Life got in the way and I called them up around 5 to say I was on my way. Eli told me that as long as I got there by 5:30pm, all was well.
I got there at exactly 5:30 and parked my truck where directed. Beto was very friendly, he got the paperwork ready and I remembered at the last minute to grab my coupon out of the truck. WITH coupon only $ 36.75 to be smogged + $ 8.25 for the certificate. With that accomplished I sat outside with my dog on the little porch. They were finished just before 6:00pm. I went on in the office and paid them in cash and I was on my way. Yep, I passed. YIPPIE!
They were fast and easy and friendly, not to mention the price is a great deal! I will definitely be back in two years guys. :D
