Ok, so I’ve live here for a while now and really come to this place a lot. I have never had a bad experience with the food, no wrong orders, and the service is great! Customer service is always on the spot. This is really the only fast-​food establishment I will come to here in Fallbrook.

The staff is friendly, but you’ll never get all of your food. They’re pretty quick getting food prepared. Because it’s WRONG.

The food here isn’t any better or worse than at any other average Taco Bell, but the service is lacking in my opinion. Every time I order at the drive thru I have to repeat my order about ten times, and they still get it wrong a lot. The service is slow, but their interactions with you are not. They open the window, grab your card, run it, slam the door in your face (commence the confused prolonged waiting) and then practically throw your food at you with a dismissive, «Have a nice day.»
