We used them once because of a voucher deal. Unfortunately our experience wasn’t good. They made a lot of noise, dropped things, and broke our glass blender! The lady said they’d replace it and still after many, many phone calls and emails, still hasn’t been replaced. We’re extremely disappointed they didn’t keep their words. The cleaning was OK but hearing all our stuff being uncared for in the process was not a good sign.

This business is closed. I never received a phone call nor email from this business. I did try many more times for 2 weeks through leaving a message on her phone as well as more emails through her website.

Like the other reviewer I got a deal from a deal site so the price was right. The very friendly owner said that they’d be there between 8:30 — 9:30. They showed up at 10 and left at 11:30. I asked them to focus on the bathroom and kitchen in my maybe 800‑1000 square foot place. I added the fridge cleaning for 10. The first thing that got me annoyed was that the owner said they don’t change the bed sheets with a voucher. This seems silly to me because you’re there 3 man hours (1.5 hrs with two ppl), it shouldn’t matter what you do within the scope. One person did the bathroom and the other did the kitchen. The bathroom truly was done well. The fridge was also done well. The second thing that annoyed me, like the first reviewer stated, they didn’t mop the kitchen floor when they left. The owner made sure to sweep but what good is a floor free of debris when you’ve tracked dirt in and left it disgusting? If they had made sure that just the two places they were asked to work on were clean it would definitely be a 5 star experience (minus the owner engaging in a conversation on the phone for quite a bit) I’m lazy but even I can knock out a room and mop in an hour and a half. I don’t know maybe there was a lot of dirt I didn’t see. The last two things that annoyed me were that the owners brother cleaned my fridge (great job btw) but put my food items on the nasty floor while he did it and they charge for the cleaning supplies. Having had a cleaning company myself in college I know that the supplies (sponge, bleach etc) are supposed to be included in the service. On the fence As to whether to give them another go around…

I bought an eversave groupon type deal here for 3 hours of cleaning. Its the 2^nd time I’ve bought a groupon cleaning deal but first from this company. I was expecting them to arrive at 6 and stay till 9. They came at 6 and left around 7:20 saying that because 2 people came they only stay for half the time. Ok– fine. The cleaning was ok but they didn’t have a chance to finish 700 square feet? They cleaned most things but didn’t finish mopping the floors. It was a decent cleaning, but I probably wouldn’t go with them again. The idea of a groupon type service is to get a really low price for the customer and sell them on the quality of your product so they will return without buying another groupon. Unfortunately they didn’t even bother quoting me for another visit.
