This place HAS NO RESPECT for the patient’s time at all! I made an appointment for today at 1:30pm and we arrived on time and there was a lot of people in the waiting area, but that’s not the issue. The receptionist gave me forms to fill out and after 10 mins I gave the finished forms back.
I thought they would call me soon but they never did. I was waiting for almost one hour and a half. The receptionist said I was the next patient to be called. BS. They called another person that got there after and not me even though I had a scheduled appointment.
I left that place, they just have NO respect people’s time! In the first place why did they give me a specific time for an appointment if they’re not even going to see me? I will never seek their services again and I advise you do the same unless you want to wait hours to be seen.
