Never have I encountered a business owner as rude, nasty, unprofessional and inappropriate as the man who owns this establishment. He humiliated his own employee in front of me and my family when she was graciously consulting us about two large renovation projects. When I approached him and calmly states that as one professional to another, I recommend that he not treat his employees as he had just done. He responded: «I don’t care» with a degrading look on his face. He went on to hurl further insults at both us (the customers) as well as his employee!
