I wish I had read the reviews first before going to this edible arrangements. Normally I have had great experience with other edible arrangements. But today, at this Falls church location, not so much. I went to get a small box of chocolate dipped pineapples. I went just last week and inquired and they quoted me 16.99. Today they said 20.99. Ok. As I was paying I said– oh I have a rewards. The guy hurriedly charged my card as I was looking for my reward. Good customer service would’ve said– oh you have a rewards with us? What’s your number? Etc… This guy seemed to rush me even more. As they were making my order, I found my reward. The guy said it was too late to use it. When I asked him if I could at least have this purchase count on my account, he said he didn’t know how to do that since the transaction was already done. Ugh! Bad customer service. I can only hope this gift taste good. Who knows?

If the product weren’t so good, I would never order from this store. I’ve had perhaps one good experience(out of 5) in the last year. The staff seems not to know much; I usually get a blank stare when I ask a question. Not one employee has ever made the effort to look further. I just called to place an order and got the same response to my coupon code. I now have to go to the store, show them the email I received in order to place the order for tomorrow afternoon. Then, of course, I have to return tomorrow afternoon to pick up the order. What’s wrong with this picture?

I really wanted to eat some fresh fruit. So I pull up walk in and wait ten minutes for somebody to come to the front. Then I ask for a fruit salad large and she hands me the salad that was made this morning. Mind you, it’s 3PM. On to the next one.
