Two years later, I hired Image for another project, including interior painting and drywall repair. Just as with my first review, the quality and price were the best around. The results again are immaculate. Andrew (owner) is great to deal with and very responsive in working with work schedules.

I’ve had a dreadful experience with Image Painting this time, which is strange since they did such an excellent job on some exterior painting and painting a room in my house 2 – 3 years ago. They have been almost completely unresponsive. While they promptly came to my house for an estimate, there were zero responses for 2 – 3 weeks at a time, and at best they only replied to e-​mail once a week. I’ve been trying to arrange their services since early April and after the third lack of response I finally gave up and did the work myself. I’m extremely disappointed and, unfortunately, will not be using them again. Guys, WHAT happened?
