Was always curious about this business in the corner of the shopping strip so we decided to go and see. The place was deserted with no forms of life! The inside of this place is pretty cool and they have a variety of dessert selections to choose from, but it’s not very fresh in my opinion. Their bubble teas are made by Ba Le or Ba Le asks this place to make it for them. The tapioca on the bottom are always so big and clumpy … way too much. Their presentation with the fruit on top is nice. If you want real good bubble tea, go to Eden — Thanh Son Tofu!

Two stars for the boba because of the bad prep. The boba was simply dumped in with a lot of its sweet liquid and ruined the taste of the tea. This place was also completely empty but it could have just been the day(noon on a weekday) The TVs inside the tables were cool but they were just showing a news channel that looked old. This MIGHT have been ok if i didnt go alone.

Great open space with plenty of seating to chit chat or study(since it’s quiet and not all busy). It definitely made me not miss the tapioca joints I frequent Houston but I wish there were more selections. However, I’m happy it have the basic ones like avocado and thai tea etc and they top it with fresh fruits which I love! Only negative is that when I’m in the area, I’m already full from Phở Sate so there’s no room for a tapioca drink. Once school kicks back in I will be back to study when I’m not in the mood for coffee. Also, you’ll have to ask one of the girls that work there for the PW for wifi.

Love this place… Such a cool, modern lounge for coffee and bubble drinks… Great gelato too… But the best Avocado Bubble drink I’ve ever had, they put fresh fruit on top… So YUMMY!!! Cheesecake gelato is good too…

Very cute place, kinda reminds me of the coffee lounges in Vietnam. I love the TVs inside the tables, very cool. As for the boba tea, I got the Taro and it was delicious, I think they use fresh ingredients, not powder, which is great! I could def. see myself chilling here on a hot summer day.

This place is always empty. As in, I’ve been there 10+ times at various times per day, and have never seen another customer. I don’t get it, because their bubble teas are great.

Great smoothies and bubble tea. Many different flavors, lychee yogurt is soo good. Like the fruit on the top, very nice touch. The interior is modern and nice. Haven’t tried their bakery yet but so far a great place!

My girlfriend and I had lunch at Phở Sate couple doors down and we were craving for something sweet. Usually we would just get the strawberry boba at phở sate but we wanted to try something new so we walked down to the end to Lola’s. We thought it’ll kind of be a little ghetto because of the shopping center its in but its really nice inside. Doesn’t remind you of a café tho. It has tv’s everywhere so it’ll be a nice place to chill at while having dessert during the summer. My girlfriend got the strawberry & mango boba for $ 5 and I got the Lychee with jelly for $ 4. We were both kind of surprised by the price but when we got it we realized why it was that much. It tasted like real fruits and they give you real fruit pieces on top. I loved the jelly inside mine instead of the tapioca balls.

Came here when it first opened with Nando F. After having a meal at Ba Le next door, the girl working the front referred us to their new coffee shop Lola’s. Walking in, Lola’s seems to be confused as to what it wants to be. First, the interior is really dark, so looking from the outside, you would almost think the place is closed. The other thing thats strange is that to the left, there is a dining area/lounge area with tv’s surrounding the walls, each playing cartoon channels. Odd. Like Mai N. said, it reminds me of the Vietnamese lounges in Eden, but without all the smoking, alcohol, and creepers sitting around. As for the gelato itself, it wasn’t bad, but I’ve had better elsewhere like Boccato in Clarendon, but here they take cards! I plan on coming back to try out the boba and froyo. 3 stars for the gelato and the fact they take cards. I’ll reevaluate when I return for the Boba and froyo.

This«lounge» place was empty when my girlfriend and I stopped by in the afternoon on a Saturday in November to try it out when we were in the neighborhood. Definitely a good place to get dessert alternative to Shilla’s Bakery and Breeze Bakery Café in Annandale. However, the lounge is way over done with too many TVs. For instance, it’s nice to put a TV in the middle of the TV, except that you can’t see it clearly due to the LCD having a certain viewable range. Failed attempt. I suspect that the location is not the greatest for this place to thrive. If this place merged with Ba Le, then maybe. But I see the novelty of this place not a place to go to during the winter season. Great for summer for sure. We had the banana split with three scoops of gelato topped with fresh fruits. Freaking delicious! We also got lychee smoothie with fruits topped. I would definitely stop by this place again for dessert/snack, if it’s still around.

Fresh Vietnamese-styled smoothies(the superior variety), optionally topped with large chunks of fresh fruit, or filled with boba. I’d recommend getting it with everything. Lola’s is billed as a lounge, but I didn’t see many people sticking around after receiving their order though the dining area looked comfortable. Alcohol isn’t served, but Vietnamese coffee and Thai iced tea are available. The assortment of baked goods, like cupcakes and cheesecake, looked appetizing as well. The puzzling thing here is the soft-serve yogurt and Italian gelato. Lola’s offers multiple flavors with tons of toppings like an actual ice cream parlor. I think a dessert lounge is an interestingly fun concept though I’m not optimistic that it’ll be around for long. Summer is almost over, but here are the gelato flavors anyway: dark chocolate, almond, tiramisu, cheesecake, banana, raspberry, red & orange, green apple, peach mango, grapefruit, lime, strawberry.
