Noodles and Company is going down the drain within the last year and half. I wish I knew why this awesome concept changed dramatically. They must have a management issues. I used like Noodles and Company. Too bad. Every location I go food is just ok now days.

I’ve been going to this location for years before the Mosaic District popped up. My favorites are the penne pasta with the parmesan chicken, beef stroganoff. I’m over the moon when it comes to the giant Rice Krispie treats. Sometimes this location can get a little crazy with the crowds and all. So 90% of the time I will order my food to-go.

I’ve never really been a fan of noodles n company but I always try to give second chances before writing a review. I went to noodles yesterday and got the Wisconsin Mac n Cheese. I got this because I didn’t really like the other options that they had and I figured that it had to be good because it’s Mac n Cheese, how can someone mess that up? I ordered a small for myself and my friend got the pad Thai noodles. The first thing I noticed when I got my dish was that it looked like boiled noodles with some cheese sprinkled on top. In the picture, the dish looked yellow and very cheesy which is how Mac and cheese is supposed to be. The macaroni was a very pale yellow and I knew from the start that it wasn’t going to be cheesy enough. I mixed together the few strips of cheese that was sparsely scattered over my food and it still didn’t help. The food itself wasn’t even hot it was Luke warm. I asked the lady for more cheese and she charged me 8 cents for a little cup of it. I added more cheese to the dish and it wouldn’t melt into the macaroni because the food wasn’t hot enough. I was very disappointed. Who messes up Mac and Cheese? Noodles n company.

Had the Pad Thai. Just like Thailand(lived there two years). Excellent noodles at a reasonable price! I will return!

Since most stores were closed at 9 pm, I decided to choose this store. The item that caught my eye was the special thai hot pot I believe, which was the featured of the day where it has chicken and pork in a noodle soup bowl. When the food came, it was in this super small bowl and I thought it was only the soup but no, that was it. It looked like an appetizer size. Not only that the bowl was an extra small size, the taste was definitely crap. The soup of the noodle tastes like water with a little bit of spicy to it. And everything else had literally no taste whatsoever. It came with some bread which was also pretty freaking small. The whole meal cost me $ 9 and it was definitely not worth it. Not recommended to anybody, just walk few steps to chipotle next door which is more satisfying.

Noodle was dry & tasteless! I bought the Indonesian peanut & pad thai, both was bad. Not enough sauce, the noodle was hard. really disappointed. Will not be going to location again! The one in Kingstowne the best so far!

Your typical mid-range fast food place. Nothing really exceptional and nothing really sub-par. It’s a great place to go for a quick lunch or dinner. I got the spaghetti and meatballs. I felt the sauce could have had a little more seasoning, but the meatballs were pretty tasty and had good flavor. Overall I would recommend for a quick bite but not if your looking for something special.

Bland and small portions. Over priced. Never again.

Sure, it’s «Americanized» «fusion» cuisine cooked by «the numbers» in a kitchen you can see, but it hits the spot if you just want some fast food with noodles in it. For smaller items, you can get a snack for $ 4, which really can’t be beat.

Excellent service. Wasn’t sure what I wanted to order, so the cashier made suggestions based on my tastes. I ended up going with the Bangkok Curry, which was delicious. The food runner was also very personable, making sure I had everything I needed. They even offered me a free cookie at the end of my meal! All in all – great food, great service! What more do you need?

I’ve been to Noodles in other locations previously, and even though it’s never very great, this one was aweful. I ordered the Japanese pan noodles. I am certain the rubbery chicken was pre-cooked and nuked up. The noodles appeared to have been soaking in the brown sauce for a long time before serving it up. It was nasty, I stopped after three bites. Then let’s talk about sodium — I literally felt my mouth tingle and my blood pressure start to spike as I ingested this stuff. I’m not sure if they use MSG, or it’s already in the Pre-Packaged ingredients they serve, but it was like eating at a cheap chinese buffet where you feel ill after one plate. So, in short, Noodles and Co = Bad TV Dinner

Try the Thai curry soup for a quick and filling lunch with a little bit of spice. It’s worth the little extra money to add the shrimp too. I called in the order at lunchtime and it was ready when I walked in with no waiting.

In comparison to other Noodles locations, I’d recommend steering clear of the small portions. The regular size is just a dollar more, but you get almost twice as many noodles. Stick around until closing, and you might be rewarded with free baked goods. We were there until 9PM(when they close on weekdays), and each scored a triangle chunk of Rice Krispy treats. They really do bake them daily, so the treats were light and airy.

This place is great for families and offers tasty(though not particularly ethnically authentic) and affordable meals. This location is much better than the new one in the Whole Foods Plaza on Rt. 7 in Falls Church. Let’s be clear, this is not fine dining, but it’s quick and tasty and inexpensive.
It’s a decent place to eat if you want to grab something quickly after the gym next door. I go here from time to time, and usually have good service and some average food — good for the price. The spicy marinara sauce has a nice kick.

I think of noodles & company when the weather gets a bit colder. and i need something not too heavy… I think of getting Pad Thai… or if I want a bit of flavor — you can NEVER go wrong with Pesto Cavatappi… that is deliciousssss and oily!!! Those are my two favorite things… I have to point out one thing… THEIRSERVICEISEXCELLENT… on my lazy days, I call in to put the order in. and when I get there… I park right infront of the store and call them to bring my food out… DOESITGETANYEASIER?! :)

Hadn’t been to a Noodles & Co. since I graduated and left Michigan, but decided to check this location out on a whim. The boyfriend and I were looking for a fast but not-too-filling bite to eat near his apartment complex and we had narrowed it down to 3 choices(since they’re all in the general vicinity of one another): Noodles & Co, Chipotle or Panera. Since he’s never tried Noodles & Co and I know how much of a pasta lover he is, I told him we should go and check it out. I’ve passed Noodles & Co. on the way to the gym a few times, but it didn’t look too inviting so I always drove right by… How wrong I was! The interior is brightly lit and the windows allow for plenty of sunshine to filter through, which makes the inside seem even warmer and more welcoming. It’s clean, well-kept and they are quick to clear tables when customers get up to leave. The workers there are also really friendly and they bring out your food to you(which, by the way, came out in less than 5 minutes). I ordered the Mediterranean Salad w/beef while my boyfriend stayed traditional and got the Spaghetti with Meatballs. My boyfriend doesn’t even like eating salads, but he ended up liking mine(maybe because it tasted more like a pasta salad) and claimed he may even order a salad the next time around. For under $ 20, we ate a full meal that wasn’t TOO filling; portions were just right. It hit the spot for sure and thus, I’ve no complaints. If you’re like us and deciding amongst the trifecta(at Merrifield Center) but feeling like Chipotle is too heavy and that Panera is too healthy, then Noodles & Co. is surely a happy medium between the two. It’s a great spot for some quick lunch or if you’re in the mood for a fast, light dinner.

Came here again for a quick lunch. Ordered the same two dishes as last time… Bangkok Curry and Pad Thai… and same opinion as last time. Pad Thai was okay, but the Bangkok Curry was pretty good. 2 dishes and 2 drinks = $ 20…which is more than I wanted to pay for lunch, especially considering the barely adequate serving sizes. I asked for A fountain drink which me and my wife were going to share but the guy gave us two, and probably charged us for 2, but I’m not sure since I never got a recipe. Certainly not worth making a fuss over especially since we were sort of in a hurry. Now that the weather is warmer we saw a couple of tables for outdoor seating.
