Starbucks

I can’t decide if I was racially profiled here or if the manager was just being her usual unpleasant self. I was innocently looking at merchandise when she abruptly asked me to hand it to her. She should have been more concerned with the customers in front of her. I felt bad they had to witness my calling her out on her unprofessionalism.

This Starbucks has one guy that works there almost every time. (I wish i knew his name!)Hes a big guy with glasses. He’s so nice and seems a little over worked, since he’s always the only one working. he always has great customer service and friendly demeanor in spite of the working conditions. Starbucks get this kid some help before you lose a good worker!

This Starbucks is inside target. It has a lot sitting space and tables in front of huge glass windows letting light coming in. It has plugs for charging and the speed of the target wifi is quick. I’d say its a nice place for study.

Not my favorite ‘bucks location since I have had gotten drinks here a few times and they just taste okay. My last order was okay because I had ordered a tall peppermint mocha and was given a grande size. I was charged for the tall so it was all good in the end I suppose. Just watch your orders here and try to have some patience waiting in line.

Since the opening of this new Target back in November of 2012, my family and I puchased many drinks from the Starbucks inside and tried very hard to enjoy their drinks. However, the quality of the drinks and the knowledge of the staff seems to be far less than what I have experienced at other Starbucks locations. Today, we gave it another try by ordering two cups of Rooibos tea latte and found the staff questioning if it was even offered on the menu. Of course it is!
When we really want coffee, we just visit the neighboring movie theater café for the cofee instead.
Everyone know this Starbucks is terrible. I hope they train or replace the staff!
