Town and Country Properties

Be very wary of renting a property from this company. In my opinion, they will try to keep your deposit and charge you for things not required by the lease. We are a family who works for the government and moved to one of the properties in the NOVA area. We made improvements to the hose with out own money, new tiles on bathroom floors, new paint and lots of yardwork. The result for our effort was the company keeping part of our deposit. They accidentally sent us a receipt for the yard work and it lists planting of new bushes, mulch and fertilizing the lawn. When i spoke with the property manager i was ignored for several months and then received a text message «I was lucky to get any money back» Be very careful as this is our experience with Town and Country.

Their parking lot is for predatory towing. Do not park here to do business. You will get towed.

Since the old manager has been replaced by Cybil, things have turned around. Problems are fixed promptly.

These folks are slum lords. Do not do business with them.
