They messed up on my sister’s pictures by having her arms look CGI… she has both her arms. When I called up, they were more than willing to fix it at no extra cost. Still waiting on the order, but I’m sure they can’t do worse.

If I could give this company zero stars for costumer service, I would! I called to reschedule an appointment that was given to me by VOS for my daughter’s senior portraits and was told I could not have a new appointment but that I just needed to come when several other students were already scheduled and I would simply have to wait. I was further told that I had to do this «because I didn’t make my initial appointment» which was simply assigned and not something I had scheduled or agreed to and I was unable to attend because my family was on vacation! I repeatedly requested that I’d like to re-​book an appointment for a sitting because due to work commitments, I did not have an unlimited amount of time for a portrait sitting that would be attended by 3 scheduled students (who were given appointments) and an unknown amount of extra students who were being told to come at the same time, just like me. I tried desperately to make the VOS representative understand my predicament with work and could I please have a booked appointment but she refused and just hung up on me! Not only was this extremely upsetting, but it’s also so unprofessional and it clearly shows that the studio is more interested in taking my sitting fees and could care less how much of my time they wasted or how their inability to set appointments would be impacting my job! I begrudge giving them a penny of my money and if I had my choice I’d use another studio but I can’t and I guess they know that too. Zero stars!
