Decent froyo. Not a fan of the custard or gelato options being offered instead of more frozen yogurt flavors.
Also, they have a ‘no sugar added Strawberry’ which is nice if you don’t want something too sweet.

Zinga froyo is one of the best places I’ve been! The staff is really nice and I love that they offer water at the place. The flavors are alright, but they are more watery than usual froyo. This is a place I would probably go again.

I am addicted to Zinga! I’ve been doing so much I now know Drew who works there! He’s basically become my bartender and a great guy if you catch him.
Judgement Free Toppings:
The cups are huge so I don’t have to ask for an extra large and get in trouble by my wife. Also I don’t get weird looks when I have to ask for triple servings of chocolate sprinkles. I can do it myself!
Seating and Cleanliness:
Don’t have to say this but so many of the other frozen yogurt places have 0 seating. This place was spotless and has always had open seating.
Price:
It’s cheaper than gelato! I’m sure you can find a cheaper place but I don’t drink alcohol so this is still cheap in comparison.

This place is alright. Came here twice and the service was slightly above average each time. I know it’s self serve but I am taking about the staff members’ attitude. Not saying they’re awful, just on the side that they don’t want to be there sort of thing.
Flavor selection could be better. I liked tiger’s blood and the coconut ones.
Tip: if you shop at the giant food store located in the same plaza, check the back of your receipt and you’ll find coupons for Zinga.

Yum. We have a similar place in Brooklyn, NY… but I must say that the toppings here are the best! So many options (cookie dough! mochi! waffles!) and the flavors are delicious. It’s very clean, there’s complimentary ice-​cold water available, little sample cups, and a variety of colorful spoons (seems minor but my daughter was thrilled). I also love that the walls are covered with kid’s drawings… such a nice touch!

Love the options for froyo and toppings! So much fun to sample the new flavors when they come.
Kid friendly setup and atmosphere, friendly staff. This is an easy go to for us! Great option for stocking stuffers or easy gifts for someone, love the gift card option. My kids get so excited if they get a gift card from here.

Since my last review, I have been back many times. I have to say, they really have stepped up their froyo game. I am always pleasantly surprised by their new flavors (strawberry shortcake, café au lait, coconut, mango, etc etc), they are different every time! I LOVE LOVE LOVE their sorbet selections. First they had a tangerine flavor which was out of this world and yesterday they had a watermelon citrus which was so refreshing on a hot day.

Took my kids here after school. The employee manning the counter was a young kid, and he did not want to be there, another employee had no interest in keeping the store clean.
What I cannot tolerate was they were cursing when a group of kids walked in.
I’d go to Lava Yogurt up the street instead of this place.

This place is so good! I really like the different flavors, the sweet spot is cool too. (If you get 13.5 it’s free!) Everyone’s nice and friendly at the store too. Topping selection is a good variety.

The yogurt was good, the staff were friendly, and the yogurt machines and tables were clean. However, I just wasn’t a fan of their flavors. Don’t get me wrong, the flavours they had were good, but it was just on the savory side. Whereas I prefer more fruity, tart yogurt.

My favorite fro-​yo place. Great flavors, great toppings, and the staff is very friendly. I particularly like that you don’t have to ask for sample cups. The tiny paper cups are right there so you don’t have to be the clerk for a sample, like at the fro-​yo place down the street.
There are probably five frozen yogurt places between my house and this Zinga location, but I drive right passed them to get to Zinga.

I’ve been to several froyo places in the area and in my opinion this is by far the best. I must caveat that I am a minimalist when it comes to toppings, but I think the frozen yogurt flavors are the best around. They aren’t too strong nor does the mint chocolate flavor taste like toothpaste (which I’ve totally had before — yuck), and instead actually taste like what they are. They also have a great rewards program that has already earned me free yogurt (aka the best kind). I will definitely continue to frequent this place.

I have been to other frozen yogurt places — checked out Zinga! after receiving a coupon in the mail. It’s just like any other I have been to — you get a cup or you could get a cookie bowl (which looked intriguing but I wasn’t looking to go nuts) and then you have your choice of different flavors and different toppings. Then your container gets weighed and you pay based on weight.
Flavors — there was a salted caramel pretzel that looked intriguing. It was gross. I am normally into salted caramel, which seems to be everywhere, but not this time. I also tried the coffee which was good, but settled on the chocolate.
Toppings: the hot fudge was decidedly anything but hot. It still had a good fudge-​y taste though. I also put on some reese’s pieces, hard to go wrong with those.
My container weighed a little more than 5 oz and cost about 3 bucks.
As an interesting side note, we got some peanut butter frozen yogurt for our dog and he wouldn’t eat it.

I love the toppings that are mounted on the wall. I am not sure if it was intended this way, but I put those toppings on first and then filled up on yogurt, and then added the other toppings (boba, marshmellow, etc.). I was looking forward to the m&m’s and waffle pieces after i got through everything else. They offer water as well — haven’t seen any other places do that. Good value in terms of pricing relative to other fro-​yo concepts.

I’ve never really been into these froyo types of places until I tried Zinga! My husband and I are addicted.
It’s very clean and I like the décor and feel of the place. I like that they have tiny sample cups available so that you can try the different flavors… which they change out frequently. My favorite is pistachio which only has 76 calories per 3 oz serving.
The wet toppings are displayed on an island with a sneeze guard. The dry toppings are on the wall in cereal dispensers (love this!). It makes everything look so neat and organized.
So far the staff have been very friendly. We will keep coming back!
